  13. It isn't really a pin but it also isn't a springbar I managed to push it from one side and pull it up to get it out of the clasp..
  14. If you don't have a proper tool, you might try this (I have no idea how you call this in English...)

  16. I didn't use a springbar tool, I used a little pin which fits this:
  17. Push the springbar out of the clasp and fit the strap, place the springbar back and it's fixed

  21. I personally wouldn't swim with it but if you like to wear it while swimming I would recommend you a waterproof test, just to make sure. Some dealers can waterproof a watch if I am not mistaken?
