  1. The 1:1 bigbang is most probably the v6 and it is an amazing watch! weight and feel is like gen and now with the improved crystal and hands it is a great watch for the value! But do your research and be sure to buy a v6 and not a v1/v2 or even v7 which is not from the same maker!
  2. Ok it gets worse..managed to put the stem back in and everything from winding over date setting to time setting works but the watch seems to be totally dead
  3. Ok good and bad news..on the one hand i managed to take the movement out and fixed the subdial @3 myself. But now it seems like i f***d up the keyless works I am not able to set the stem back into the movement :S any help?
  4. Nice to hear! So how did you proceed with the CG's? I think this is the biggest tell after the other mods. I will definitely go with the IG44 dial and a yuki caseback. Which hands did you use in the end? And did the dial fit the cartel 1655 movement?
  5. Yeah I probably need to search a watchsmith but last time I called before and he agreed on fixing a rep. When he saw the bp sub he was a bit angry since his idea of reps were cheap 21j reps with flimsy breacelets and horrible dials. He fixed it but he left over an ugly scratch on the dial when he took of the hands (didn't use a paper or bergeon dial protector) Time has passed and I have acquired some tools and learnt to do so basic stuff on my own. I definitely don't wanna have the dial scratched of my hbb this is why I rather do it my self. Unfortunately, I really don't manage to get the stem out. Never had this problem with a watch before. So I will call some watchmakers after christmas. Yes definitely no one will see that nor knows that it is ought to have 3 stripes haha. Most people in Switzerland not even know what a HBB is..and that in the country it originally originates from
  6. Yes I did but and he kindly offered to send it back. Since I think Switzerland is to risky I want to send it back from Germany. Is there anybody who knows what this means finanically and how long it takes about? Nevertheless, I think sending it back from EU is quite risky, isn't it? Besides that the watch is awesome and the updated xstal without the blue tint and the better hands give tha watch such a gen look and feel. Only flaw in my eyes is the subidal @6 with 4 instead of 3 small stripes. Thanks for your help
  7. Haha..I think whe have to chime the :inverted:dial specialist over to the rep world
  8. At least we know where the crown was produced
  9. Bp pearls are definitely not like the noob v2 but they are usually quite fine. Just refuse this awful insert and give it another chance! As previously mentioned the ceramic subs are not yet replicated to the highest end but for an untrained eye they pass very well. Enjoy your sub when you get it and merry christmas to all!
  10. How's your build going ceejay? Planning to do the same in the foreseable future. Does the 1655 cas make a big difference to the 1675 cartel case? Thanks
  11. I opened the caseback and removed the rotor and wanted to remove the movement. But somehow I didn't manage to get the stem out. Had it in winding position and pressed gently the keyless release button down but even with some more force, the stem didn't move at all. Obviously I don't want to apply to much force, since I am scared of the keyless works issue that I probably encountered if I would do so. Any tips how I get out this stem in the right manner? Cheers
  12. @docrhor ok that sounds promising! Does it fit the asian eta cartel 1675 or does it need any mods?
  13. Thats as close as you can get Enjoy and it looks so great together with gloves! This watch is so classic and nice shot of the y-incabloc Is the H-factory dial so much better than the noob one?
  14. Thanks the watch is outstanding! In my eyes a true super rep I am just confused how this could have happened while shipping. Nevertheless, I have changed several dials so far but I am just afraid of this tiny and filigree subdial. Not so far but I intend to contact him today. However, shipping back from Switzerland is no option for me I guess?!
  15. Thanks for your fast response! For me that seems to be the only explanation aswell but on the other hand the chronograph works perfectly and the subdial is not wobbling around in any way and it points perfectly down..like 180degrees swapped. Nevertheless, I am afraid thats the way I need to go. Is there something to observe when taking out the stem or does it work the same way as with the etas? I have done this before but never with an a7750. Moreover, can I lift the subdial off with an ordinary handsliftig tool or is there an other tool? Hope I can manage it without screwing up this beauty.
  16. Finally received this beatiful Hublot v6 as a nice christmas present for myself The QC pictures of the watch looked great and the watch I have received is flawless with the only exception that the subdial @3 has changed somehow. When resetting the chronograph function it jumps back to the bottom instead of the top. I can't explain how this happened because the watch on the QC pictures didn't have this flaw Anyone an idea how to fix that? I probably could change the subdial but since I am no true expert I am afraid of screwing up the nice dial. Any help is appreciated
  17. Amazing watch doc! I plan to acquire the cartel 1675 and want to replace the bezel assembly and the plexi by clark's assembly and its plexi Does the ingold dial make a huge difference or is the cartel dial ok for the beginning?
  18. Ok the one I received from adrew tt had something more on it I first had to take away (the small plate I was talking about). Yours definitely look fine. So just try to do as Indy recommended. And for me it worked aswell with using gravitatino as help Just take yourself 10min of time and be a little patient and you will fix that on your own It was hard for me as well but you will manage it
  19. I can remember that it was hard but I managed to do it in about 5 min. Post a pick of the HE valve you got. Maybe the plate I am talking about is still on. Let me see.
  20. Evenflow welcome to the forum Definitely get a tc sub and if you really like it get a gen sub. In the M2M section there are a lot of people waiting for a tc sub so you will never have a problem to get rid of it once you go gen.
  21. For the 16610 rehaut engraving was for the first time used in 2007 for the Z-series as much as i know..and no tc v6 does not have rehaut engraving
  22. Had the same issue. There is no hole in the case so opening the case and taking out the movement is not the way to go. You have to unscrew the he valve screw from the smale plate which should be attached to the new one and then on the watch itself there is like a thin stick which you have to pull out with a tweezer. Then you should be able to screw it back but be a little patient and let yourself time
  23. Thanks for the pictures looks outstanding mirage. Please do that heynow12 would be appreciated by many of us i guess
  24. so first of all welcome to the forum The tc v6 16610ln is not a ceramic sub so don't search for a ceramic insert which you won't find anyway. The vintage caddell insert that TC provides with the v6 is excellent and even the pearl is outstanding. So only bother about a gen insert if you are extremely picky. My advice give the vintage insert a try and then decide whether it is worth for you to search a gen insert on TRF/ebay or not.
  25. Where did you buy this sub from? Looks pretty nice and even good pearl.
