  1. Nice watch! Definitely need to update a sub with nato strap for spring
  2. At least you got yourself a nice slightly used one The 116610lv is definitely not my cup of tea either but I love the 16610lv So what would your advice be? I guess take it now rather than regret it some years later as you do?
  3. Talking about the "lunette verte" so the green bezel one with maxi dial I guess it's pretty much the going rate rightnow for a watch in this condition. And I feel comfortable with this dealer since he has a lot of positive feedback. Rather pay 100 bucks more but have a good feeling passing this amount of money overseas According to my research price is about average in us area. Nevertheless, would be happy if an expert could chime in.
  4. So service history is not known (probably not serviced) but runs to cosc specs and is in mint condition and comes with box, US papers and handtags. Priced around 6.6k with insured shipping included. Dealer very reputable over at TRF. Hope it helps and thanks for your comments. Watch would definitely be a keeper for me but in case i needed money I want to br able to sell it without much loss.
  5. Same happened to me with my hbb v6. Just get the stem 100% straught in and press stem release buttom down (only slightly) and wiggle it in. Definitely not as smooth as an eta
  6. First of all I highly doubt it and it doesn't make too much sense to upgrade this kind of watch. A gen ceramic insert, for instance, is difficult to source and too expensive TC and BK watches are definitely playing in a different league and they are worth modding in my eyes. There are definitely many watches worth modding you can get from our TDs. So enjoy this rep as it is and save the money for a little upgrade
  7. Won't pass as a super rep but looks pretty good for a rep that dates back 4y. Pearl is not the best but lume is applied quite good and SEL looks convincing But you get better stuff from our TDs but maybe it was rheir standard 4y ago Nice watch
  8. Definitely go with tc for the YM! And excellent choice to get a sub c v2 from BK. You will love it
  9. Acquired some nice reps and decent gens (e.g. tissot, certina) over times. Now, I am really on the fence to acquire a gen 16610lv z serie in mint condition. It's definitely my grail watch, thats for sure, and it would be a keeper for me. So just let me know what you think and whether this is a good point in time for this decision or not. Cheers
  10. Looks nice. The strap looks nice aswell and somehow not as crap as most leather straps that come with ordinary reps. Anyone knows whether it is real croco or not?
  11. rails I just bought Canada goose banff parka in military green and quality as well as warmth is awesome. Never buy replica CG jackets since they use cat-, and dogfur which were treated horrible. Moreover, they are filled with dirty chicken feathers from chinese chicken industry. Over and above that, everybody who knows a little about CG jackets would spot it as a fake since they look horrible. I don't know nothing about other fake jackets, but try to avoid fur coming from china since these animals suffer horrible things and it even looks sh*t since it is often minor fur quality. So if you live in the cold, get a real CG. They are totally worth it believe me. Backcountry.com has a good variety and they are certified CG resellers and they deliver ultra fast
  12. If you really like the watch and in case you were a perfectionist proceed as markiemar proposed Or hit toro up and get the pam 111 noob v3. Moreover, if you like to get a croc strap I can highly recommend toros strap aswell..awesome combo in my eyes
  13. SEL is an other giveaway on this watch..and yes the plastic is definitely there
  14. Jura provide Swiss quality and personally I like this coffee machine a lot! Good choice markiemark I am using a Nespresso machine which is on the more expensive side so only 1 coffee a day but for riding the cheap train I have a Bialetti to make old-school coffee and it has an amazing taste! Also very recommendable for camping trips since you only need a hot source, some water and coffee obviously
  15. Amazing work rolexman! I am rellay tempted to get this pam even though it's a little big
  16. How is the bracelet and clasp feeling mike?
  17. Most probably.. Otherwise they have to hurry up a little bit
  18. This watch with the updated movement a pure beauty. Nevertheless, 47mm is too big for my wrist
  19. Doc is true about the indices. Which movement option did you choose? Date alignement is sometimes a miss and hit game Gesendet von meinem iPhone mit Tapatalk
  20. Looks nice! I like the strap that comes with the watch. Seems to fit the vintage look extremely nice. Can't wait for the detailed review Gesendet von meinem iPhone mit Tapatalk
