yeah...ebay will provide you with the address she has registered with the account if you have bought from her..."request contact details" i think the form is called...this could be a false address however. try: http://shop.ebay.co.uk/ebayadvsearch/__W0Q...c=1#ContactInfo p.s. just because PP have 'released the funds', doesn't mean she has withdrawn them to her bank account...if you start a dispute I believe she won't be able to withdraw the funds to her bank. if she has already withdrawn them to her bank account...you could win the dispute but still not get any money back as her paypal account will be empty...it will put her account into a negative balance. if you need help finding her number, address etc I may be able to help you in a few days...you should have her real name from the paypal receipt. pm me if you need some help

That might be a tough one... I'd start a paypal dispute...saying it was fake/not as described and you are going to return it to the seller... Paypal will want a tracking number to see you've returned the item...I wouldn't usually suggest this but you might want to send her an empty package via registered mail to 'prove' you sent the bag back..and that gets you a tracking number (and return the bag after you've received the refund) I would hurry...she may have already withdrawn the funds! Read through the paypal t&c first though..

Laz, did you pay by credit card? If so...you can perform a chargeback in certain circumstances...

if the user wants i can upload nod32(antivirus) and outpost (firewall)? also suggest spybot(free download at http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html) - make sure you update the program before scanning

a lot of trojans will have keyloggers incorporated into them

Trojans/keyloggers etc etc will leave a open a 'backdoor' on your computer to allow someone to access it. the trojan/keylogger will log all passwords for sites such as ebay, paypal etc could have picked the trojan up anywhere...what do you mean "someone has actually been trying to hack their computer through the forum,"
