I would keep it simple and make acurate OP6502(18/19/20) Case set for PAM 001A, 002A, 003,A 004,A 009A, 010A - covering a lot of options. Gen parts - with the exception of all the dials can be sourced no problem - they key will be acdurate materials , artwork and CNC. I have Gen 002/009 , 001/004 and 003 Dials and there are Gen PAM 010 dials out there.High resolution images and measurements would not be too much of an issue. Good luck with the project!! FGD

Hey Max - good to hear from you after all this time!! Keep hold of those cases as I hope to complete one missing piece of the jigsaw for Pre-A 001/004 soon.. Jakobh has a custom caseback project going on and OPCrown is making new "perfect" crowns so those pieces are taken care of as well....and these are just the tip of the iceberg!!!
