Arthur I think that Paypal and their parent company (eBay) simply buy any competition. And no PP is not one of the biggest banks, we should not allow them such a prestigious title, they would however be the biggest money handlers. Unfortunately not being a bank allows them to set their own rules. Ken

No he wont, if the scammer told Paypal the watch was a rep he will be refunded, keep the watch and Matt PP account will most likely be frozen. I've had it done to me too many times now. Ken

Unfortunately there are many abusing the whole Paypal system now, many who would not even call themselves scammers (although the above obviously is) will start a PP dispute knowing full well they will end up keeping the goods and getting the refund. All because they believe they and not the seller/dealer should be able to dictate the terms of the sale. Ken

Yes the win for net neutrality makes the move illegal, there is however those still trying to overturn the decision. Ken

The whole point is that you cannot just refund everyone who has a baseless claim or in the end you are doing nothing more than shipping free goods. Ken

@bwhitesox unfortunately there is not a lot of open sharing between dealers due to the fact we are all in competition. @AKTime Google wallet is only for Google goods. Seriously I can't understand why Paypal does not have any major competition, other than the fact they tend to buy their competitors. Ken

Unfortunately the only resolution is that I am out of pocket for roughly $1000 (not counting lost sales) and my legitimate site is now burned And yet all the goods I sent were perfectly acceptable. Ken

I do need to go back to WU now, no choice, but the last time I did that sales went dead quite. Unfortunately even good customers believe they need the protection of Paypal to keep sellers honest, they really do not count the 8 years of stellar reputation. Ken
