  1. All jokes aside if we are going to do this then Sydney looks to be the obvious choice, it is after all only an hour by plane from either Melbourne or the Gold Coast and we wouldn't need to hire a boat and captain as CS suggests we could all just take a trip on the Manly ferry. Ok I said no jokes, so yes I can make it if it is in Sydney, my wife was within a whisker of letting me go there to meet Omni soon after we returned from holiday so April should be cool. If Double T can also plan his Aussie trip to be in Sydney at the time of the gtg that would also give us an international feel. Ken
  2. I think it's a bit of a world wide thing actually Ken
  3. Well Stephane it wont be a classy do like yours, the typical Aussie gtg is to have a piss up, burn a few snags on the barbie, have a blue and a punch up, more piss, sing a few ditties and then go trawling for shelias. In Australia we call it bonding. Ken
  4. Well I see Melbourne is giving the Gold coast a run in the voting and of course there is the token Sydney vote from CS Ken Edit: Oops spoke to soon theres another sydney sider amongst us.
  5. Now how many times have I heard that line in my life time Ken
  6. Sorry bud I have been north now it's time to come south. Ken
  7. Yes but if you had added 'SOLD' or 'Delete' to the topic title we just zap them, we don't have time to read every sale to see if there is more there. Ken
  8. Wonderful forum support, I hope this auction attracts the interest it deserves Ken
  9. Ok I'm no expert but I am not convinced that it is a rep, I will say however that there is something very funny going on with the bezels in the different pic's but that may just be poor photography. Ken
  10. Sorry Chuck but your complaint is not valid because (1.) there was very bad storms that shut down Gaungzhou before CNY and (2.) Then there was CNY Dealers have only just returned to work. Ken
  11. Undoubtedly the bar has been raised for future gtg's and this one will be very hard to top, great pic's thank Capice. Just one point you should have had all those dials set at 10:10 then everyone could have had a smile on their dial.... Ok I was just leaving anyway Ken
  12. I think you will find that it was stated that they don't have a website and it is only an E-mail address. Ken
  13. On your way home from work, stop at your pharmacy, go to the thermometer section and purchase a rectal thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson. Be very sure you get this brand. When you get home, lock your doors, draw the curtains and disconnect the phone so you will not be disturbed. Change into very comfortable clothing and sit in your favourite chair. Open the package and remove the thermometer. Now, carefully place it on a table or a surface so that it will not become chipped or broken. Now the fun part begins. Take out the literature from the box and read it carefully. You will notice that in small print there is a statement: Every Rectal Thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson is personally tested and then sanitized . Now, close your eyes and repeat out loud five times, I am so glad I do not work in the thermometer quality control department at Johnson & Johnson. HAVE A NICE DAY AND REMEMBER, THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE ELSE WITH A JOB THAT IS MORE OF A PAIN IN THE BEHIND THAN YOURS! Ken
  14. Again I need to make a point here, you can't verify a tracking number as soon as you get it unless the dealer passes it to you a few days after he himself receives it (not my method). The reason for this is simple, when your package first goes out it is not to EMS but to an EMS agent it is his job to get your package introduced into the normal EMS system (remember we are talking illegal goods here) and this could take anywhere up to 2 days, more in extreme circumstances. And yes he has the tracking numbers on hand but they wont read until they enter the EMS system. Ken
  15. So who was the peanut and was he still drunk? Ken
  16. I haven't read the threads yet but I will say one thing, the 4th was after the start of CNY shut down so I am very surprised that anything shipped out on that date. Ken
  17. And I thought she was a Pom Ken
  18. One thing that gets me here is that tampering with the mail is a Federal offense and there cannot be too many hands touch the package between sender and receiver......was any attempt made to actually find the goods? I know I have had a few items go astray that were shipping out of China and each time they managed to catch the person who lifted the goods. Ken
  19. So T tell us about the reaction when you finally let on who you are. Ken
  20. Ok without getting in to any kind of to and fro here one thing I can say for certain is that should any customer get anything other than the pictured watch, we are going to hear about it. Ken
  21. And yet you keep supplying us with information that can only come from one source, are you not worried that someone may be using you to advance their own cause? Please understand that I am not accusing you of anything untoward but info from any one dealer must be taken with a grain of salt unless you have definite proof. Ken
  22. Not many Aussie companies are going to hand out PO's for 45 years service........regardless of how hard you work. Ken
  23. Ok I see a lot of problems with the site....Gen watches, Grade 1, Japan 25 jewels, 440 grade steel.....it's all bull that said however the prices are very reasonable so as long as the send you something that looks like a PO you wont be ripped off, however in future it would pay if you buy from the dealers associated with this board and then you will get what you pay for. Ken
