  1. Well I see he has done a very flimsy comparison of goods on RG, it's interesting to see that he has put my Pegase against a genuine LV he has...I mean they are two different cases. Ken
  2. It's not looking likely, he wont even reply to say "F you" Even though the PP account is empty he seems to think by starting the dispute his money will magically appear. Ken
  3. Absolutely not. In fact we, or at least I thought, were negotiating the problem in a very civil manner. The I went to my PP account and found it frozen, he honestly believe a PP dispute is an acceptable negotiation tool. Ken Edit; Yes TJ he received one Zippy monogram and one mens Azure wallet...should point out here that (1) We do not have a Zippy Azure, which I have told him on number of occasions (2)He also expected a Zippy Azure replacement without returning the mans wallet.
  4. On reading what you wrote a second time, I am getting the impression that you started a PP dispute to get a refund? Lets be clear here, there was no suggestion from either you or myself that you return the goods for a refund. Just as the watch dealers I cannot offer refunds because the factory has already taken the cost of the bags and the factories will not refund under any circumstances, but they will replace faulty or damaged goods and that is what I have offered. Ken
  5. I'm glad you have replied to this thread because now maybe you can read what the members say and try and understand. Number one...I have been a moderator on this board for 6 years (I was a forum founder) and I was a VIP on (invitation by forum owner only) on the old RWG. In short my creditability is not in question, yours is. The situation with the Azure wallet was a simple lack of communication, you did not clearly state the Azure wallet was to be a Zippy, this is the reason why the wallet was $20 cheaper than the Zippy monogram...didn't you for a second wonder why two wallets that were supposed to be the same had different prices? Now as to the issues...I offered you support in getting those bags fixed (includes how to clean up the bad edging and any parts needed) plus $200 credit on top of any bulk order bonus so in actual fact you would have been looking at an excess of a $300 credit on your next order. You rejected this and asked for bags with shipping of a total of $980 as well as keep the bags you have...this is a ludicrous request Therefore I said return the bags and I will send new ones, which is the best result any other dealer would offer. Now explain for the members how my offers are not fair. Ken Oh PS, I am not trying to blackmail and threaten you. You have started a PP dispute I said I will have you black listed from the dealers...and I will because it would be negligent of me not to let the other dealers protect them selves. I also said I will have you banned...I don't have a choice there, if I burn the account how can I afford to let you get my new PP account addy and cause more trouble?

In the woods Chief, one of them is taking a dump.... Ken
  7. Certainly, if the customer wont come back to the negotiating table I will have to walk away from the account, a bloody pain for me but he wont get anything either so he is really shafting both of us. Ken
  8. Well I have PMed him to let him know that my offer is still valid, he may reconsider now he has found my PP account empty. Ken
  9. I currently have my account frozen by a Pp dispute from a customer. He received a couple of below par bags, fair claim..I offered a fix that would have benefited him to the tune of at least $300 he countered with a suggestion that would have benefited him to the tune of $1000 I said return the bags and we will swap so he started a dispute. That was the total resolution attempt in a nutshell. Ken
  10. An excellent point that, however surly the coin flips both ways...experience is still an essential commodity? Ken
  11. Hi kaotic4life this is just a nice post to say that seeing as you are so prominent on other boards you are probably aware that they all have rules. If you want to sell or trade your watch you need to upgrade your account and list it in the trade area. One point about RWG is that we are self policing, in other words the members do have the right to draw your attention to the rules. Ken
  12. Certainly not for the faint hearted, although i noticed he was being chased by a storm trooper Climbing probably isn't the worse of it, the sway at the top would be enough for most to say no. Ken
  13. The concern is where you say 'Long term member', if this is a senior member then there will be an explanation, they don't become long term by ripping people off. Ken
  14. Describe in clear terms why it is not a genuine TAG caliber 16 movement. Lets not beat around the bush any more, what is the proof to your accusation? Ken
  15. Brian why do you keep ignoring the very good responses/questions the members are giving and you keep claiming the movement is rep with no more proof than a couple of blue screws. You realise your creditability is taking a pounding here? Ken
  16. You are basing this entire mud slinging thread on a couple of blue screws? Are you aware that many very high end movements do in fact have blue screws and so someone could have added those without giving it thought. If every screw in there was pink it still would not take away from it being a genuine movement. Ken
  17. Ok lets get some facts out here.... Three points... 1)Andy did not lume his dial the gen is not lumed, Brian knows so much about the watch and the brand that he did not even know if the gen had lume or not. 2)Andy removed the movement complete and refunded the money (€300) that he paid for that, but unless he can prove that the movement is not a tag cal 16 then i do not wish to refund any more 3)He now wants the labor cost back which include the removing and fitting crystals and wr testing (which is complete and fitted in his case) and a lot of running round to find his parts Personally I think the Op has a lot to answer for. Ken
  18. This has been discussed within the Admin area...maybe Brian should acquaint himself with who is actually on the team .....and I assure you all there is a lot more about this than the OP has written. Still this is not for me to post up but I will point (our very much valued team member) Andy to this thread so he can give you the full details of what went down here. Ken
  19. Ok enough! The thread serves a purpose and as yet there is no need to lock it. However lets not stoop to racism nor baiting in the wake of this tragedy. Ken
  20. Just a question; How were police alerted to the island massacre? I mean it's one thing to criticize them for slow response but if all they had was some kind of panicked call from teenagers (who may not have actually know what was happening) then the bombing would have taken preference. Ken

To me bear proof would be something that incorporates 2000 volts. Ken
  22. I don't know if Norway has the death sentence or not, it's not something I would normally advocate. However there are cases such as the Bali bombers and now this guy who simply fall into a grey area where life imprisonment just doesn't meet the crime. To me the big danger is that this guy, if interned, can actually acquire followers or copycat murderers. Ken
  23. Unfortunately it's not the religions, as all are against slaughter of innocents, but the few fanatics who pervert the words of their God. Ken
  24. Hey cornerstone...you know you still got it. Ken
  25. Good I hope he cracks 200 Ken
