  2. Congratulations astonjenks, you have a great taste, i have the same passion for these mechanical toys. Your DBS is fantastic, but i like very much the V12 Vantage also
  3. Well, the dial is too small, so the only thing you can do, is to get another dial 1 mm larger... The rehaut is not a separate part, it's the watch case, so there is no solution with the rehaut !
  4. Thank you my friend, what happens in France ? more than 150 deaths, i can't believe that; we won't be quiet in France now The Islamic state is a terrible threat for the world. I am watching the french TV, i's a real nightmare !
  5. Waouh, i love that but unfortunately i will never have the patience to source all the parts...Fantastic build, congrats mate !
  6. Thank you very much for that ! That's what i thought, but i was not sure...The plates are just stuck. I guess it might be pretty easy to do this work ? Right ?
  7. Hey guys ! I wonder how i can remove this A6497 with the decorative plates; if you need to blow the dust off under the glass for example, you can't reach the retaining screws Look at the following photo, credit to TORO, thanks !!! Is there some jewels under the decorative plate ?
  8. Wonderful piece, this is my grail; look at my avatar !
  9. This photo make her justice, believe me
  10. Yes, an AD could be helpful indeed, i have to say that i had to politely insist ! I didn't dare to ask for a gen set of lug bars I am waiting for a new set of bars which seems to have a better curve as the gen; these http://www.watchobsession.co.uk/products/panerai-radiomir-bar-screw-tube-set This week, i will put the new bars and the gen screws, will post some pics for sure !
  11. ...and i got a genuine set of screws for free, for my H factory PAM380. I am very happy because i was a little bit worried about the longevity of these chinese screws. It's not an easy thing to get this kind of gen parts from an AD Firts, there is a protocol with PANERAI; if you have a problem with the screws, you must bring back your radiomir to the AD, and they change themselves the old screws for new screws, that's all !!! Fortunatly, i know them very well because i bought a lot of gen watches since a long time, so i am a regular customer. Second, i had to invent a story....Where is the gen radiomir for whom i need to change these screws ? Hum...for my father in law, he has a PAM210 but he dosen't live there; i promised him to fix his problem next time when i will visit him in a few days !!! "OK, i will give you this screws but be very careful when you change them; put a small quantity of blue loctite ! On the other hand we are not responsible for possible problems you would have with this change of screws !" -OK, understood, i will be able to do this work And here they are !
  12. This will be a fantastic build for sure, i dream of getting a vintage Rolex like that, can't wait to see the result !
  13. Thanks mates ! I think indeed a gen strap makes a huge difference; the movement is not black, it's only due to the light !
  14. Ok freddy, thank you very much, that is good to know...I will see in the future if she stays at 30 hours, that should be fine for me
