with all this sean connery talk, i thought i'd post a picture that i took a couple of years ago. this was at his annual party here in the bahamas. i have blown up his watch ... looks like a panerai 190. enjoy!

fyi robbie, i tried the black dial with bracelet on today at my local ad. the retail price was $7,500 but i could have walked out with it today for $6,350. like i said "could have" ... i'm still going to keep an eye open for a lightly used one but it was nice to actually try it on. all the best.

i have to agree, even though i bought tickets ... this watch is not appealing to me either. a good idea might be to have the dealer offer five different watches. then have a poll to determine which watch members would like to see raffled off. whatever watch wins the poll, would then move on to the actual raffle. just a suggestion as i don't think this watch would have won any polls. it's a nice gesture either way but, the ultimate goal is to earn money for the board. all the best.
