Hey lanikai, Yea that might be cool. Jds - that's cool small world lol, to have more then one rwg'er in one place without even knowing lol -
So today I saw an younger male in maybe his late 20's early 30's in japantown's sword/knife store wearing a panerai of some sort it had the date and a rubber band. Here I'm thinking I wonder if its real and if he might be a member here. Lol I'm wearing my rolex explorer II white face today. Ill post more sightings as I see them PS its cold in San Fran for a Hawaii local. Haha PPS how many of you wonder if you are seeing rwg regulars around?

I'm gonna need a good strap, anyone wanna point me in the right direction? I'm excited.
-
Im looking at a PAM111H from Angus and he says they only have the Asian version in stock. Its supposedly a copy of the swiss movement? does this mean it takes swiss replacement parts if it needs to be serviced? or am i gonna be out of luck if it breaks...... its the Asian swan neck version. thanks in advance. i wanna make the order soon!.

anyone here repair jewelry with jewelry solder?
cableguy replied to cableguy's topic in Watch Repair & Upgrade
@ freddy - that looks good. hmmm too bad its 50.00 a lb and i'd only need .0000000000000001 of an oz lol my other concern is what color it would cure at...because JB weld cures at this dark gray color. and if this stuff does the same then I'd just use JB weld. hoping to find something that will blend in as close a possible.
