  1. Thanks mate. Sorry for later. I bought the case and bracelet from a guy who was selling it on RepGeek forum, while the movement is a NH35A made by TMI. I found the hands at a good price on ALI, but I had a hard time finding them with that design. Unfortunately on the GS diver you can't find anything like homage or gen. Finally I managed to find the dial (after having bought two others that I didn't like) on the DSWatch website (https://dswatchclub.com/collections/gs-style?page=4). That's it. Here are photos of the other two dials.
  2. I have been searching incessantly for a GS diver dial, but it is not available as a replica or as a homage.... After a long time I managed to find a good quality one for my build that was finished about a week ago. Here is the result:
  3. Today with bracelet...
  4. Guys...here I am to briefly present my latest build. It is a Grand Seiko diver homage. Unfortunately I was unable to find a satisfactory dial. With this (third dial) I completed everything, even if I should find a suitable crown like that of a genuine one. I am not displeased with the final result, but I am still hoping for some improvements. I also have the bracelet that I plan to mount later. Here are the photos.
  5. I feel sorry for you that you can't buy these parts. I guess the US tariff rules are the cause of all this.
  6. HI. If you have to sacrifice the existing tube, you must take a pair of pliers with pointed noses and remove it without twisting to avoid it breaking. I repeat, the tube should be the one with a snap-fit (without thread). Otherwise (i.e. with a screwed tube) you must unscrew it counterclockwise. Having said that, I still recommend that you first purchase the tube + crown kit and test its compatibility with the existing tube without disassembling it. If it is not compatible, you can proceed with disassembly. Oh by the way, it's the same all over the world...I think that every place in the world can have its positive sides, but also its negative ones. Have a nice day.
  7. I understand that it is not easy to fix. You don't have to rush first of all. In my opinion, I would not remove the tube until you buy the crown with the attached tube, because there is a possibility that the crown will fit the existing tube. If for example it is not compatible you will have to remove the tube and put the new one. If the PO you have is the first version it could be that the tube is recessed, as happened in my case. If you were in Europe I would have tried to fix it for you, but with the current customs problems it is highly inadvisable to send it to me. Pics of mine for next restore with mod dial and insert. Crown and tube from ali...[emoji6]
