The problem for me with Elliot is that he's using Dirk's name to scam newbies and other people who thinks they're buying the real Dirk, just like that NOS guy. It's like people selling fake Viagra, fake brake pads, fake condoms, fake baby milk, even fake aircraft parts! At best you'll lose your money, worse you'll lose your life. I expect Elliot of TC to be a reputable person and by trademarking Dirk's name without permission he's saying to the world he's clearly not.

What do you expect from a site dealing in counterfeit items? The old RWG reminds me of Suprnova, (That Bittorrent site) one day it is all fine, the next day? Poof! It's gone, and its owners go AWOL. Blade has always mentioned the litigation threat and how he needs to put RWG offshore, obviously things catched up to him more quickly than he had thought. (Or maybe not, but this seems to be the most logical answer)
