Some tips: 1) Since most quoted prices include shipping, you're better off buying just one watch in every order in case it was lost/confiscated. 2) Ask the seller to ship in a post bag like those DHL Express Flyers, they're more difficult to temper. 3) Ask the seller to declare the shipment as a Sample/Merchandise (i.e. Sample Plastic/Metal parts, but not Sample Watch!) with a very low monetary value (i.e. $2) 3) When the post bag arrives squeeze it first to see if something solid is inside. If it's a box weigh it or shake it.

Photobucket requires users to register and log in every time they want to upload. Imageshack doesn't require that. Plus most people couldn't be bothered to create an image gallery. Although if anyone here doesn't like Imageshack there's always www.imagevenue.com

Ebay might be better, Otto Frei is a bit too expensive especially for overseas orders.

My choice will be the facelifted Alfa 156 or 159 with a manual, most likely second hand so it won't take a big depreciation hit. Hint: Don't buy the 1 Series, if you want to buy something similar to the 1 series get a Mini or a Golf.

I guess the main reason is that the Navitimer is not 'expensive' enough for people to drop $600-$1K for a rep. Pam Daylights and Daytonas are much more pricier than Navitimers.

So the new and improved Asian 7750 is not bulletproof after all....
