Yes. Judging from the refined finishing of the 'cotes de geneve' and 'perlage' the movement is definitely Swiss. The 2892 alone in it's basic configuration does not have a PR module. This PR module is Swiss (SOPROD) and has not yet been copied by the Chinese. So I don't believe they put a SOPROD on a seagull or clone. I would find that very hard to believe and I have never come across such a mash up.... So without having the movement in my hands I would 99% sure say it's a Swiss 2892 with SOPROD.

Don't know why people would say it's a Seagull or clone. This can be spotted form miles away. A Swiss 2892 with Soprod module. Almost impossible to source in reps these days. An old school beauty! Take care of her.

Start with the ETA. Less frustrating and easier to work on. Also spare parts are readily available. The A7750s are in a league of their own.... they need to get used to

They are screwed in from the inside. In order to reach the screws you have to remove the movement.

I have a small wrist and also an 111. The 372 looked weird..... In dutch it was 'te'

I use a glass fiber scratch pen to clean grooves and remove burs. The hairs of a toothbrush are normally too thick to properly reach in the grooves. Than just some cutting grease.

Do you unscrew the stem release screw enough?

Set in winding when removing the stem. The yoke spring and yoke will push the castle wheel into the winding gear and thus giving you a bit more stability.
