  1. IT'S ALL GOOD!! After checking the animated "FLASH" ctalogue HB has on-line I found that the rings were absent, BUT, in their 3D view, BAM! they were right there! http://www.hublot.com/hublot_prod/site/hublot/index.php (select Big Bang in their "COLLECTION" menu and then "Big Bang 360") But that is not all! after a long search on "time zone" I found a guy that posted pics of his new gen watch and there they are again (golden rings around the sub-Ds): http://forums.timezone.com/index.php?t=tre...ev=&reveal= i guess this rep is back in the SUPER-REP department ^__^
  2. UPDATE: After further research I discovered that the golden rings around the sub-dials are generally used on BB with full gold Bezel, so they should be plain wrong on a ceramic. Smells fishy...
  3. The rehaut (in PT pictures) looks plated to me (if you see the upper right part in the photo, it is clrearly yellowish) also I know that Tuiga versions are re-done every once in a while, so the gen picture could be a from a different year. Can anyone shed some light?
  4. Hi Everyone, I was pondering about buying this watch: http://www.puretimewatch.com/index.php?productID=156 But on this "gen" information site I found a picture of the gen and those golden rings around the subdials are not present: http://www.thewatchquote.com/Hublot-301-PM...ee-250P-PdN.htm Are we talking about different versions (2005-2006-2007 etc.) or is that a major flaw? Help really apreciated!!
  5. I also prefer the flat S version! I bought one from George 9 months ago, the usual...except mine came with a 3X Cyclops!!! Horrible to say the least ^__^
  6. what happened to K2222?
  7. Tryed, yes I didn't scratch it, no it wouldn't budge This thing is super tight!! I guess I will have to buy the sticky ball after all...
  8. You mean you wear neoprene gloves and open the case with your hands (without a tool)?
  9. Will the sticky ball work (I mean has someone tryed it? I would have to buy it so knowing beforehand would be great! )
  10. Hello Pam Experts! Sometimes ago I bought a RoseGold PamFerr GT from Precious, and since it got a lot of use some parts were quite worn out. I bought replacement parts now one of which is the engraved case back. It is basically a golden dodecagon: I have to remove it in order to replace it but, since the reason for changing it is the worn gold coating, scratching it would defeat the purpose wouldnt'it? (specially considering the thin layer of gold present). What kind of tool should I use? Please hel me out!
  11. THANK YOU ALL!!!
  12. maybe he got confused with the recent Basel announcements? Does a (smaller) Womens Daytona exist?
  13. I wanted to sell my Daytona rep to an interested friend and after seeing the watch he is saying that what I have in hand (a chinese TT sec at 6 Daytona bought from PT) is a women's Daytona (which measures 38mm according to him) while Men's Daytonas measure 42mm, Is this guy delusional? What is the actual size of the Daytona? Can you give me a link to a website that can prove to him this is the standard size Daytona?
  14. A review with detailed pics (macro shots) is needed then (for better understanding of the finishing quality). I wouldn't be so negative though, unless you are trying to sell it as real, on your wrist no one will see the rotor and you will probably get away with it. Not too shabby for an out-of the box Pam rep, wouldn't you say?
  15. WOW you are actually saying that the Chinese have a nice "out of the box" Panerai rep? Should I pull the trigger?
  16. This watch tries to replicate the (rarer) "flat S" (like an inverted "Z") dial that Rolex used in the beginning of the decade, would you consider it "bad" or is it a good replica of that particular dial?
  17. So after some beating it would have a giveaway in the form of crystal scratches, anything else very noticeable from the start?
  18. Just saw this http://www.a88time.com/index.php?main_page...roducts_id=3253 in search of my first Pam but being a total Noob on this side of the world I was wondering if it's any good (?) What do you think?
  19. Thanks! By the way, how do you actually detach the Cyclops?
  20. Speechless I have the WM9 Zserial sub, mine came with totally wrong Cyclops (monster mag. and misplaced too! ). Is it easy to change just the Cyclope? Would a replacement crystal (as seen on ebay) work?
  21. The problem is Europe, most EU countries seize watches if you ship them in the USA and get them back (maybe not the UK but others do) Is there anyone doing lume jobs, and other services in EU?
  22. Does the original come with 2xAR? (I saw one at the AD and it didn't seem 2xAR to me...)
  23. So that REF number Isaw was just a sticker, I thought it was engraved on the metal (way better as is... )
