  1. the DeWitt Academia is one of my favorite reps...and I cannot describe how much I like the look of this one and how much this rep is well made...it's indeed a super rep IMO and with the price correction that this one had a month ago it's an additional reason for everybody (who likes it) to buy it... and do you know what is an additional good reason to purchase it? this (pics are used from a dealer named Tony - there have been members who ordered with him in the past - mostly positive experiences) : I bet our dealers can source this dial color as well! tip - be careful cause his mvt description are not the best - using swiss valjoux mvt to describe A7750!
  2. you should tell the MODS/ADMIN who is the member and he should be banned from the board!
  3. and I bet the prices offered by (some of) our dealers are way better than the ones you would pay to the dealer running that website (in case he isn't a scammer)...
  4. me too... ...so guys, where can we find those reps?
  5. WOW..that WM MM is simply beautiful...I love it!
  6. yes, when????????????????????????????????????????? I want some answers too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. Richard, I thought you had too much ROO's lying around?! nice one...I am still holding myself from buying this one...mainly because of the movement, but as well because I am short with the cash...
  8. he is a dealer on RG forum and a member over here...he has asian movements FS...don't know if he still has them in stock or not, but I know he used to sell them... http://www.repgeek.com/showthread.php?t=22105
  9. PM on the way to all of you sent to you two PM's...didn't include the link in the 1st...
  10. try contacting TomHighWay...I beleive he is in UK and able to do the mod you want http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showforum=207
  11. I remember seeing that one from Richard Lawton...it is a very rare rep...would be interesting to see a pictorial of it with your great photo taking skills...
  12. only the 203 goes this days for 100k....and where are the other gems (speaking in $) in the UJ collection... pity the one that I'd like to own are priced so high (028 on top of all others)...with the quality of the reps these days I am not interested in owning a 111 or something like that and spending 10x more than the price of the rep...in the meantime I ordered myself a nice rep of the vintage Panerai powered with an Angelus SF240 movement...I don't mind here spending the big $ cause I know I'll never be able to own the gen....
  13. I still don't get what A wanted to say with this e-mail... because if it was so...with all the crappy HBB's that are out there...and this being the same factory which produces the best HBB...the price of those (best versions) should be 137.34$ and the funny thing is that, even if J&A have this info (they have to know it)...they are still keeping the high price on this specific model
  14. this is what I got in the e-mail from the PureTime shop : Dear All, The maker of Concord C1 has just changed the price due to too much bad copies on the market. from US$548 to US$358
  15. I am still waiting for the biggest piece of cake in this expenditure (Angelus SF240 Vintage Panerai)...waiting as well for the PAM036 and one strap... What I got is the MBW/MBK PP Nautilus and a hornback croc strap - PP already left the house (gave it to my dad as a present)... waiting for another strap...and waiting as well on a PAM036... I have just made a calculation...with all the WU fees, I paid almost 4.5k....It's time to take a break from the hobby..Today I had to refuse a nice HKTan Santos 100 strap offered to me by a member... ...had to pass this Debaufre Triton... ...
  16. have you read Angus description of the watc that is FS at 398$ It's for a high beat 28.8k and it's the rep of the C1 made by the HBB (best version) maker... from the description of the watch this is the best C1 version currently on the market...
  17. Hi Z! I am looking forward to read your review...and me thinks this is a good deal as well, this is why I posted it in the end...

  19. definitely the nicest Ti PAM you can buy...love the combnination of the titanium and blue color of the dial...If everything goes as planned mine should be ready within a couple of next weeks...
  20. I beleive that's not true...the HBB has still got a lot to say...I beleive a lot of members are after one of the many available models that are available...we've experienced a price drop lately so I belive even more pictorial like yours are to be done in the future... nice pics M!
  21. he says as well that is good for a vintage panerai...however, no vintage Panerai has ever had that kind of movement...and on top of that I don't beleive it is a Rolex movement..
  22. I saw this one as well...and I have started to write a post but in the end decided not to do it... I am interesting to know as well who is the seller...nust be one that is on the rep forums... to me it seems that the watch is highly overpriced (but I am not an expert on vinatge Rolex movements - maybe that specific movement is a rare one)...
