I've never given birth, but I just don't see anything impressive about her waiting almost 14 hours after her water broke to go to the hospital. It was a foolish move and it could of cost the lives of her or the baby. Do not put her on a pedestal for it. Some woman somewhere will see it and think she can do it too and will not be as lucky.

A very valid question jmt. What I am saying is that if something happens to McCain, the GOP "powerbrokers" will PRESSURE this woman to step aside for the good of the party and the country. Now she doesn't have to give into that pressure and she also doesn't have to take the oath of office. Can you imagine the reaction from the international community if this novice takes office??? Now she may be a great Gov. of Alaska and they obviously love and adore her but the rest of the planet is somewhat different than Alaska. Do not expect her to be on the re-election ticket if it gets that far. She is being used for the here and now. Say what you want about Joe Biden, but he could step in the Oval Office. This whole thing is a bloody mess if you ask me.

All this talk about "who has the experience to be President" needs to stop. The ONLY people qualified to be President are former Presidents. If this ticket wins and something happens to McCain, NO WAY the GOP lets her take the office of the President. I don't care how pretty she is, how many moose she hunts and eats, how many kids she got, ain't gonna happen. She's being used plain and simple.

You could go with the 42mm PO and mod it with a gen dial/hands/insert/crystal. Or the bigger 45mm UPO which you can mod until you're broke.

I have a friend that has a white Omega Speedmaster Chrono. The seconds is at the 6 subdial and it is definitely quartz. Did Omega ever make a watch like that? It looks fake to me but I to be sure before I call his watch out. He said he bought it from some "dude" for $100. I know, you want pics. I'll see what I can do.

LOL! My niece's soon to be husband plays for the Arizona Cardinals. After seeing my Aquaracer, I went with her to a AD and she got him a gen as an engagement gift. They're great kids and will have a great life together.

After careful consideration, the panda is the way to go with this watch. It just "pops" where the black one doesn't. Next on my list for sure.

No the screws actually do hold the tabs on. I had a BCE that had screws that were too short and you could yank the tabs right off. I now have a gen bezel and the screws are longer and more secure when screwed down.

It's the ultimate catch-22. The logo on the "Silix" dial is correct but the markers and such are off. On the dials we've seen from PT/Josh/Andrew, the markers are better but the logo is [censored]. So the cheaper way is to source one of their watches and a silix dial. The more expensive way is to get a gen dial.
