  1. Please send me your mailing address and your color preference for the Logo decal. Thanks again Mi Lady. Ohhhhh, I think I'm in love
  2. I've been hunting for my Easter Eggs this weekend as I'm sure some of you know. We'll no damn eggs, but PLENTY of watch stuff. I found a case with some dials from my Rolex days. The Sub dial needs re-lume, so I need someone who can do it right. Also, I may go ahead and finish off. Do you think it would go well in a Bond case? The pins are between 11 and 12, and 5 and 6 so what movement do I need? Someone help please!
  3. I feel anyone with a Bond would want two, the original "too small" and a regular 20mm. But here's my question, 16 or 18mm for the "TS" Nato? Let's make it a poll. I say 18mm ........................ and you?
  4. Let's go ............. we're running out of time.
  5. It was the second year for the Dynamic line, so I think it was '95 or so.
  6. Here are my easy fixes for Ti/Brushed SS cases and Plexi crystals. Hope it Helps. Case: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=69595 Crystals: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=69775
  7. Thanks Lord. BTW, I got my "Uncle" moniker when I first posted a pic of my then new PAM0036. A good friend posted asking to borrow it and said "please Uncle Jay, you're my new favorite Uncle".
  8. So here's a little eye candy for the "O C". This is a salesman's prototype of the Omega Dynamic Targa Florio. The differences are that both sub-dial hands are swords and that the case back has no edition number. This watch was in the sample case and I JUST HAD TO HAVE IT. LOL Enjoy!
  9. I'm glad you bring that up. I've had many (as you can imagine) messages on that same subject, so let me answer it publicly here and now. Yes, I'm a Panerai collector and have shared many great times with "Team Panerai" and the Panerai collectors community....but I don't work for them. I go where the good atmosphere is and where I can have some fun while maybe contributing a little as well. I don't feel (as others do) that Gen collectors aren't REAL collectors because the watches they collect aren't real. That's BULL! Community starts in the heart .... not the pocket. I have been enriched by my association with all the great folks at Panerai, Paneristi, TimeZone, and ViaPaneristi and still have great respect for them all. So, I'm here (after lurking for a while) because of your community here and I can only hope to put back some of what I get here ..... besides, you guys are AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. I must agree with your choice of bezel insert....how do I get one? I would like to ask you about the dial, it seems just as in the movie except for the marker outlines.....or am I wrong on that? I too prefer you choice with the seconds hand but would probably use the gilt as it's the one used in the movie, remember my now fameous movie watch fetish. In any case it's superb and I can only hope you offer a few to the community, so put me on the list if there ever is one. Again wear it in the best of health. Ohhhhhh, almost forgot. Please give me your opinion on both the idea and the accuracy of my "Perfect Bond Nato" quest. http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=69796
  11. OK, here's a T-SWISS-T dial for your entertainment.....please don't beat me up over it.
  12. Well, you trumped me Rolli.........that's a hottie! Is that Davidsen's PVD work?
  13. Well, the PAM0195 was something I started with Angelo Bonati. The PAM0206 was offered to me by Philippe Bonay (ex Prez of Panerai US) when they did the special run for the WS Champ Marlin's
  14. Sorry for all the pic posts today, just felt like sharing is all. Hope you guys enjoy the pics but feel free to tell me to stop.
  15. Thought you guys would appreciate this one. This is an early design for the PAM0024-A. It was installed in a prototype but then changed to the matte finish. It was thought it too closely resembled the gilt dialed Subs. I can't say where it came from, but I'm sure glad I have it.
  16. The "jealousy-button" is right under my finger when I see this. http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=69255
  17. Hey, it's all in fun It was actually more like an Easter Egg Hunt. LOL
  18. Started box diving and found some more OEM T dials. I bought these as spares for watchs I owned, but now they are gone.
  19. Correct Pugwash. Sly also wore a Chronomat and Aerospace in Cliffhanger, don't remember seeing the Nav. Good catch.
  20. I'm in contact with a Nato strap maker who says that he can reproduce the correct "Bond" Nato, navy with burgandy outlined OD green stripes. I was thinking that both 18 and 20mm would be useful, what do you think. Should I try to see if this maker can do a good job? IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
  21. Well Bert, I can only see that the Bond "Movie" watch doesn't seem to have the outline around the markers and that the seconds hand should be gilt with smaller bubble.
  22. Have a safe and healthy trip, can't wait to see your full repot. Best Regards, Uncle Jay
  23. It has the advantage that it has many uses. It's the best for light color cars ...... really gets the dirt out and removes light scratches and swirls in paint. You really can't damage the watch crystal as with some crystal polishes and auto clear coat safe. Oh, and those milky headlight covers (as on Mercedes) come out crystal clear as well.
