the midcase is fake.period.

this is going to be the best gen looking DWO. Raised, crisp,gloss black font with a white background.You will be hard pressed to find anything close to it, except gen.

TC is trying to source a bracelet maker to incorporate the endlink as part of a bracelet.........

TC V2 is very nice....

TC's bracelet is simply amazing and i have one on my watch now.........it just that the coronet's never seem to look the part on any of the bracelets........it's the clasp i'm after anyway, as i would pair it up with a tc bracelet anyway. We will have to see what the TC V3 premium bracelet with new improved SELs will have to offer once TC brings it to market.......

I've been looking long and hard for a modern 16610 sub clasp that has the closest looking to gen coronet and can't seem to find one.Does anyone have pics they can post of one that is close? I have been told the TW clasp is pretty good? Any one have pics of that one?I don't like the wm9 coronet....Either way post some pics and tell us where you got the clasp/watch from.........looking to make up my mind.....on what to do ...

any idea wha t the cost might be for these for the members?

TC has several prototype endlinks.....he is trying to source a bracelet maker that will incorporate the endlink as part of a bracelet.This why he hasn't posted on this project yet.......it's still in the works....don't worry...this upgrade will happen with the introduction of the TC V3 bracelet soon enough.

TC has talked with the factory an they are ready to get the ball rolling on this upgrade.....anyone else want in on this please post to this thread.....

i'm not sure either.....it 's one of the specs....might be the height from the recessed edge???? maybe the delrin/nylon crysta lretainer?

yes you can push it out with finger pressure or rotate with finger pressure your lucky you didn't remove any fingers......

Gary clark is working on a new crystal which he will soon release.It will have gen spec 1.8mm, rounded crystal edge , proper gen cyclops mag ,etc.....stay tuned

i popped it og with bergeon watch knife under the edge of the bezel...i taped the watch first..so not to scratch it.....near any of the 4 lugs...

can you tell me why the lugs have diferrent thicknesses????

So the new TC Date wheel overlay will be a go ahead as long as we commit to a minimum of 200 pieces. The factory will make the new improved TC DWO with the white background and raised print.This will be the finest DWO produced, crisp font, white background, raised glossy black print. The cost for the DWO will be $15.00 USD.Please commit and add your name to the list.

MOQ for this DWO is 200.......they will change it if we commit to 200.....

TC case, hands down. TC V2 bracelet or wait for the V3. TW clasp, most accurate coronet and TW bezel assembly., most accurate and deep cut teeth...... that should do the trick along with your gen parts.

keep 'em coming...we need to justify this for TC to approach the factory and have it done right.....

So here's the deal, the current TC Submariner Date wheel overlay for the ETA 2824 has a grayish background.Which is not correct.The background should be white.We as a group can have that changed; but we need a commitment of 200 orders to realize this change.Your investment would be minimum.This would give us the most accurate and finest DWO available to the market. What is so special about the TC Date Wheel Overlay you ask? It has a crisp, sharp text and font, it has alignment marks to align it easily to any ETA 2824 movement.It is made of thin metal foil stock; but most important, it has one gen like feature that all other DWO's don't or never have had.The date font is a raised print.This feature alone makes the TC datewheel the finest available. As well, you could even use this DWO in your other ETA projects and really make your watch stand out.......Now remember TC doesn't make any money on this.This is his offering to the community.A group purchase gives us power to buy product and make changes to improve product. the bezel is the easy part....the bezel retaining ring is another story.......razor blades and hands/fingers should not mix....
