Second at 6... You're really putting a great stake on this movement. It's very risky, even after service. It's flawed by design (lacking of jewels for transfer gear for second at 6). Some just disabled this second at 6 but hey... that makes the watch looks "different".
That's a good way to hide stealth fighter plane... The problem will be how to take off Well, I will definitely come back to Brussels again. So many things to see, yet so little time.
There is a button that you can push in the middle of the lug on the strap. Push it while pushing the pin out simultaneously. It may be a bit hard to push the pin out. Do it firmly but with care, otherwise you may break the pin/leave scratches on your watch.
I should add... The box of chocolate which most of us bought on Sunday afternoon is also FANTASTIC. I regret not buying more. It's finished by 3 people today.
Wait a minute! This piece seems to be really familiar. A super limited edition PAM036 Z serial number with automatic movement I would love to have this watch too.
You are not alone Golfman I just counted... GTG pictures = 4. I got Golfman, cronsell, capice, Andy and Scoobs' pictures only... Oh yes, not forgetting Vikky - the UK guy I love your accent!
Really nice pictures Laz. How do you like the Corum?
I manage to remove that Zing Zing Tic Tac Toe on the watch:
Anyway, this is the piece which more than half of the attendees won from the raffle.
Glad that you made it back safely Laz I am waiting eagerly for pictures Suprisingly I only took a total of 4 pictures... what a shame. I will wait for capice's photos. His camera is massive.
Why would you think I should hunt for the for sale thread which I have no idea who was it from? No, I don't read all posts neither have I the ability to read an altered post/a deleted post.
I have never seen a member received the prototypes piece too... If you have references that would be great. I would be interested which dealer sold it to him/her.
Yes, let's see whether the piece is different from the pictures.
EDIT: I have searched TWP section on RWI. This watch is not mentioned there.
WWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. What a surprise... damn it! He managed to cheat us He said a friend of Stephane at first, who is really true... We didn't question further as Admin was there before the whole bunch of us arrived.
Edited from minor mistakes I am a bit O_o now.
Any links to the mentioned thread/For Sale?
I did not say there is no difference. You have mentioned all the differences already (inner bezel, serial no. to name a few). What I said was this picture has been around even before Andrew/Josh/Whoever posted it on their sites as prototype. I received this picture shortly after CD2006 was on the market. It was picture of prototype CD2007.
Well... I just came back from the EU gtg and it's really interesting on how this thread has develop. Lanikai, may I know where do you get that picture from?
I have received it from a reliable source who I can't name it here. I am 100% sure that I have this same picture (even the same filename) long before the 2007CD was released to the market (even before Josh and Andrew posted it on their websites as prototypes).
Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to question your credibility... I am sorry that I don't understand your post about RWI part. It's late here and I have to reread it tomorrow.
I have just read this thread... Just to clarify. The pictures come from prototype of this model (there are actually a few more pictures from factory). No worry, it's from the same factory. The picture has been around even before the first buyer has this piece.
Yes, nothing wrong with subdial config. Please take note that this watch has quite a couple of flaws <-- especially with the dial. To name a few, numbers are too large, subdial ring is wrong and the blue colour is pretty off too. But again... it's a nice watch. Good luck in getting one.
