  1. The pearl looks blobbed up Looks like a halfway baked piece but I am looking forward to the final result. I won't buy it for sure... It's a beast at 48mm and definitely I can't wear it.
  2. some wait for months... I would say give it a couple more weeks.
  3. some other version that may appear:
  4. Just to chip in... You are really putting a lot of stake here Nice watch, nice project. My humble opinion: the 12 and 6 should be there.
  5. not in this case:
  6. Pretty much the same from all sources. You just need to watch out for bezel misalignment problem on early batches. This one is the datefont: Another version is with Arial font (like standard asian 7750).
  7. I can confirm that this is a really high quality rubber strap. This is the picture on 007 UPO. It fits nicely on UPO with rep spring bars.
  8. The really early batch of this replica watch comes with ETA2824-2 nickel plated... but then the rotor is not nicely decorated and only has 2824-2 stamping. I would say this watch is a gen. Look at the pearl, dial, bracelet and orange tip.
  9. Well... actually the rep breitling croc strap is pretty good. I compared it with the real deal. Sad that it won't fit Panerai. For your budget, Panatime works well.
  10. hmmm sounds like email scam that I have been receiving lately... Proceed with extra caution.
  11. nice watch. The gen is limited to 999 pieces FYI not 500 pieces. It's inaccurate on this rep.
  12. I have no idea but if yes, it would be AWESOME. This watch was listed at one of RT's poll.
  13. I like this one... but if I can choose, a normal Seahawk without extra subdials will be better than this.
  14. ETA7750 datewheel will fit Asian 7750 nicely. No mods required. You can read a wonderful tutorial here: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showto...gwash+datewheel
  15. I pick that macro shot here: Simply beautiful.
  16. Sweet Doppelchrono It can get too fancy but that's Germany's colour. I will settle with mocha version though...
  17. I would say if you have the Breit... Yes, go for it. Even if I own gen Breit, I will get it recoated/crystal replaced.
  18. Get both 3717 and this CD2006, you won't regret. It came to a point that I sold my 3717, lived without it for a couple of weeks and bought another piece. The idea of movement service is good. Hope this watch will last you for years to come. To me, putting an ETA7750 on this watch is a worthy move. I wear this watch mainly as daily beaters. +5 mins a day shows something is not right with this movement (which should be fixed after movement overhaul). No, it's not normal for unserviced out of box Asian 7750 hi beat to run 5 mins fast a day. Usually I got in the range of +10 to +20 secs a day for out of box Asian 7750 hi beat rate.
  19. PAM212 has 2 subdials. At 9 o clock position, it's running second subdial. At 3 o clock position, it's 30 minutes counter. It has no 12 hours counter like normal 3-6-9 or 6-9-12 layout. The real deal should have a Flyback function. I would recommend searching an Asian 7750 with 3-6-9 layout and disabling subdial at 6 o clock position (12 hours counter) or finding movement for PAM212/a few PAM Ferrari chrono. Or if you want to go high end, get the flyback movement (a few unbranded watches on eBay with flyback function for about 1500-2000USD).
  20. You can find more info on Poor Man Watch Forum too. There exists newer caliber with handwind and hacking mechanism capability. However, availability of such watches is limited.
  21. Another similar version: The link to the part list is here: http://www.replica-watch.info/phpBB3/viewt...=338866#p338866 I would recommend that you just replace the hands. They don't cost that much.
  22. Well... I am with Andreww After modding 3 POs with gen parts, it's afterall still a rep watch. Anyway if you are really interested, R2D4 has posted parts' list for 45mm PO.
  23. Well yes, it's about 8000chf too.
