My advice is not to try to unscrew those screws coz their threads are not in good shapes. Some of them can be loosen up but will not pop off the hole. If you try to pull it out with a plier then you will ruin the rim of the screw. Take my words coz I have messed up some of them already. DON'T TAKE THE RISK!!!!!!!

Any idea how to get the cross off the dial intact? It is kind of fixed by glue on the legs on the back of the dial.
