i was checking to see if i can interchange the "ultimate PO" bracelet with my gen PO and discovered that it will not fit the endlinks on the rep measure 22.0149mm while the genuine measures 21.9456mm small difference but enough for it to not fit the lugs. i was planning to sell the genuine bracelet and get a rubber strap and swap out the rep bracelet when i wanted steel but it would take some serious grinding to fit. plus the springbars wont line up either

i've seen chieftang's in person and i can say the dial is amazing! i'm waiting for my dials to arrive so i can do the same.

try it. if you dont like it just clean the bearings and use "proper" lube

after you posted, i just did another one. my pam 251.... so quiet now! wears like a handwind unitas. zero rotor noise unless your ear is on the caseback

yes .....the 7750 is a great movement. yes ......the bearing in the rotors are crap. do they need to be aircraft spec bearings to last a long time and do the job? no. i'm quite sure the rotor bearing will always function as it's designed and always allow the rotor to wind thhe watch. as there is not much load on the bearing, it should last forever. but i'll say it again. it sounds like [censored]!

i will one day buy 1 gen pam so i have one. but not sure which one yet. i agree not worth the price difference but not nearly as overpriced as rolex......

@hk45... i agree! sounds like crap. precision watches should be precision parts. not sound like a bench grinder..maybe eta reccomends light oil? maybe they should have reccomended bearings that are not garbage too

yes the biggest issue is the bearings are junk from when they are new! we can use heavy axle grease and then the watch does not any longer "sound" fake or use the correct eta oils and have it be "in proper spec" and sound like a junky piece of poo.......i think that being replica watches, getting them more believable as genuine is more important than using the "proper oils" besides, do you really think the bearing will wear faster with axle grease instead of light oil? i think not......choose as you wish. yes, the rotor will spin faster without the grease....is that a good thing? vibrating on your wrist and sounding like a toilet flushing? besides, it only winds in one direction. when its spinning 5000 rpms on your wrist, it's going backward anyways and not winding............

i just may buy the gen 007 PO. i'm sick of waiting for the 22mm rubber strap

definatly keyless is jacked up. i'm sure nothing broken but needs reset. did you remove the crown in time-set position? and did you slightly depress the release button when reinserting the crown or just jam it in?

swiss 7750/53s sound noisy but smooth. asian 7750s sound like unrefined scraping poo. there is a difference.
