PM domenico for prices on cannon pinion, and my dodgy plan for gaps is 0.4mm jewellers solder and a pointed tip soldering iron. Ten to one I balls it up, but with paul doing another project on a better dial I ve got a back up.
Anyone spot a difference with mine ?

Thanks to Domenico for the pics and of course his great work.
Just need to fill in the gaps around the bolt heads and I m semi happy
Already got a plan for that, hope it doesn't go the way of the rose gold case mod
Me like sparks that go six feet across the back yard
The dial is very silvery in a certain light, it is the dial from the pictures tho. It looks white from odd angles and with different light, not sure if AP ever used this dial colour. Still nice dont get me wrong.
I m changing the bezel screws for larger versions so the gap is eliminated. The seconds hand and canon pinion is also being resolved, although this will be done by a professional as I cant fit the angle grinder in the gap
Thanks for the pointers guys.
It depends on yourself, my chronomat evo is due its service I ll send it to Breitling only because they will stamp my warranty booklet. This is important to me, not detracting the wonderful work our watch makers do I just want that service stamp in the booklet.
Living in Liverpool I know what harm guns do, the police found one gun that was responsible for 20% of the shootings in the city in a year. So you could say the ban works, but face it you know how easy it is to get something illegal be it watches or dvds or fake clothes or drugs. If there is money in something its just supply and demand, not pretty not right just reality.
