I clean the toilets in jail cells.

Along with some lawyers, directors of survey and mapping, engineers, etc...we're part of a redeployed management team cleaning police stations while the cleaners and garbage collectors are on strike.

Yup...8 years of university + professional certification, and I get to de-fecal the plop-boxes of the dregs of society.

At least the people I'm working with are in a similar situation and we're making it as positive an environment as we can.

I manage a small company and we run dating services over the internet and the phone...

Now that is a cool job, knowing that you help people get together :) I'm not ashamed to say I met my wife online (online community rather than a dating site, but either way, still online :) ) and things've worked out pretty good for us :) (well, other than the crippling poverty :D )

I'm a chief steward on offshore service vessels for oil companies. Been all over the world. Its like being a chef, a hotel manager and Uncle Charlie from "My Three Son's" all rolled into one.

I used to race cars, but didn't earn any money,

I used to sell shoes and made good money,

I built and owned hotels and made more money.

I made beautiful babies and they cost a lot of money.

Today I wash dishes, cook, built stuff, own a restaurant and make straps

and I don't give a sh.. about money

But you make some of the coolest straps on this planet!!!!!!

Up until a few weeks ago I was a Precision Surface Grinder and Spark Eroder,

( It involves lots of electricity and micro-vapourization of metal in an underground laboratory :crazy: ) Muhahaha.

I lied about the laboratory, but its still a really cool process to watch

Thanks alot worst recession since the 1930's :cry:

I'm a self-employed project & subsea engineer. At the moment I work for a consultancy providing solutions servicing the petroleum market, primarily facilitating oil and gas production.
