Martyd3 Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 Just a little snow north of Baltimore, MD
redwatch Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 That is why I moved to Los Angeles.....to get away from having to shovel all that snow! And there's nothing worse than just finishing up the driveway only to have the snow plow come by and pile up a nice 4' high snow drift at the end of the driveway
Shundi Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 It should be starting here in Sudbury, MA any minute now...
clamul Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 here in Luxembourg, nosnow for the moment but -13
TeeJay Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 At the moment, we've got about 3 inches of snow, frozen solid where it's been trodden/driven over and then re-froze over night (isn't it awesome when the local council can't be bothered to grit the roads ) and temperature of -3.5
vlydog Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 Our reported 8 inches turned out to be only a dusting in the Hudson Valley. @Martyd3 Most of my family reside in MD. My parents live just 15 miles north of my brother yet there snowfall accomulations were differnet by 12 inches. My parents photos looked much like yours Marty.
FxrAndy Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 Minus 7 ish and about 6 inches of snow, I love it!!!!!!!!!
Nanuq Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 WAHOOOOO!!! 3 feet of snow the last 36 hours, and -18F The weather outside is... Frightful? No, delightful! Bring it on!
NORing Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 We got 15 inches of snow in less than 24 hours here in Stavanger/Norway this weekend...I love it and it's supposed to stay this way over christmas. Darkness light up by white snow, candles all over the livingroom, family, good traditional x-mas dinner and a couple of good bottles of dark christmas ale. I LOVE IT! As posted in my "Indoor/outdoor" topic:)
