Demsey
Mineral Spirits. Outside the US it may be referred 'White Spirit'. After the spirit, use soap and water. This is obviously going to be on ongoing concern. Perhaps source a white ceramic bracelet? Good luck.
Sweattdogg
Just a shot in the dark, but is the surface textured? You may want to look for a bracelet or strap that is smoother surface.

mastrmindalliance
Check the gshock forum over on watchuseek. Don't want to give you misinformation off the top of my head, but there are great tricks there, including how to dye rubber another colour if beyond repair. lanikai
How about a light solution of clorox and oxiclean in water.. maybe a 1-10 ratio..
Spar
I know it's not exactly cleaning it. But have you considered using nurse white shoe polish? That stuff dries well and covers everything from mud to blood to a nice pure white. That would also have a waxy finish to repel future dirt. plaifender
I'd appreciate some pics here.. I can't imagine how dirty the strap could get with only a few days of use... what exactly have you been doing with the watch? A sponge with hot soapy water seems like it should be sufficient for normal everyday dirt
zeus
Ι know it sound's unbelievable ...only after 3 days of wearing the color starp start to be dirty. mastrmindalliance
Hi, have a look at This link Peroxide solution and sun. People use it on white rubber g-shocks to remove ingrained staining and discolouration with great success! Some pretty impressive results...
