I will take some more shots later when i remove the plastic wrap and size the bracelet. BTW watch was shipped on Jan 22 and arrived today, very fast delivery for a US TO EU shipping. BK is a real gentleman and every deal i have made with him was a delight

jmarin.72
Well R it is one heck of a watch, that's for sure, but the bracelet definately needs to be soaked into oil. It feels pretty stiff, nothing that can't be fixed of course. BTW Domi send me photos of my finished 3789 it rocks mate
tomhorn
My LV just arrived yesterday, and it was very hard to take the time to take pictures of it before sizing and putting it on my wrist ... I gave my bracelet a good cleaning and a bath in White Lightning Clean Ride (dry bike lubricant) and it hasn't left the wrist since. Enjoy! jchurch
Nice !!! being new on the site and looking for my first REP, i dont mean to sound stupid ( although some would disagree) but who is BK? Is he a dealer and if so is there a web site? Check in the dealer section on the site. The watches from him always look amazing but the price is also pretty steep. rolexer
I so wish I had one! I would love to do a GEN vs. REP review. I have a M-series new gen, and would really like to compare these two. Anyone want to send me their piece so I could do the review ? rolexer
klocklind1
I love mine V3 The only thing that must be done is to sand down the sharp edges of the bracelet, BK has a thread about how to do it using 600 emerald paper and a toothpick. It really makes the bracelet feel MUCH better. Be careful to sand the edges at about 45 degrees ALL the time so You do not have to sand the side-edges also! Good luck with Your V3 and wear it well
Greystash
You are going to post more pics of this I hope. Congratulations jmarin.72, that's a cracker. The pearl even looks good. I just don't see how anyone could pick that while you were wearing it. Thanks for sharing.
1watching2
Looks great. Congrats on a great watch. What method/oil do you use to soak the bracelet? I also heard about toothpaste/brushing it? I have a bk gmt transformer inbound and v3 in a couple more weeks. I can't wait to get them. His work looks amazing. jmarin.72
Thanks for your comments guys,i think BK deserves all the credit for this one!!!!I always use olive oil to soak the bracelets in and works all the time But next time i will try the P4GTR method I must say that after the oil bath the v3 bracelet feels great!!!i also used cape cod to give it a shine and now it is on my wrist, feels very gen like to me heavy, solid and the SELs are very nicely fitted as well. I will post pics 2nite after i get back from work. BTW the pearl is very good and i really cannot detect a difference visible to the naked eye.Macro shots tend to enhance such undetectable minor differences thats for sure, but to the naked eye they simply are not there, period
mjmj
I am waiting patiently for mine to arrive but all of your pics are causing me undue excitement. I really can't wait for my V3 to arrive. I've got a few more weeks I think. It looks fantastic!
Dr.Verylong
You can use baby oil to soak the bracelet. Fakemaster described that method on RWI and the added advantage is that it will not irritate your skin.
