Wow, great project. Wish I had confidence and skill to put my own projects together, I've just sent my 5513 to Domi for assembly. Wish I'd got one of your 702 crowns, think I was sold an aftermarket one as a gen! Oh well I'll let Domi do his stuff and see how it looks.

Hate the waiting though!

I recently met one little kid who was sobbing inconsolably at the prospect that Ubi might never finish this 1665. His name was coolfire. :cry2:

Very fortunately for me, the stars aligned... and Ubi is again full steam ahead! ;)

Ahhh... Yes, my buddy coolfire :) I can't let him down...

And you didn't let me down, mate! :)

"Coordinating"? "Fine details"?

Dude, if you can't do it with a hammer & chisel, an acetylene torch or an axe, it don't need done.

Build that sucker! People the world over are glued to their computer screens frantically hitting "refresh".

Ooooohhhh, dunno if I want to see the final results on this one.. I might never be able to look my rail dialed MBW 1665 in the face ever again.. :black_eye:

Can you put a NSFmodelizer note in the title when it's complete?

JK - I can't wait to see it in full glory! :thumbsupsmileyanim:

I was thinking the exact same thing!

I sourced a Rail Dial and I am missing good matching hands...

So, I started a mini review of my new great white.

But, now, I think I will have to source a better crown, a better case, a better date wheel...

Well, better everything except the 2846 movement which is running like a quartz watch!

To be as original as every one else Ubi: I can't wait to see the baby finished :thumbsupsmileyanim:
