I think it's a great starting point. I am going to add a gen crystal and drill the lugs. I will add a gen crown and tube at some point, but it is not a weak point. The GMT hand is very orange. I would call it fluorescent. It there were a way to tone it down a little, I would do that. In my opinion, the dial is very well done. The fact that the markers touch the rehalt, make it for me. I like the folded link bracelet a lot. It is light and very comfortable to wear. The end links fit very well. Any other questions ... please ask

The date wheel has a nice font and is well centered. It is supposed to be silver, but looks white to me. The magnification is low. It definitely needs a gen crystal.

Looks good, but I think you need another second hand. It looks a bit too long & the lume dot should be closer to the mid-point of the hand.

Not sure a straight seconds hand will match the bezel, so I would just replace with a more accurate Mercedes Tudor (which use ETAs) hand. You will need to buy the set ($14) & paint it white (White-Out works well).
