it's been running for two hours now! i'm so happy yet so sad at the same time :S

I have emailed sead and watchinternational to see if they can get me the parts...

any other good sources?

So I just graphite lubed the s**t out of the 2 gears I could see, and I blew the lube into the gap.

Oh wow... Sounds like the guy on timezone that shot a squirt of WD-40 into the back of his gen Rolex to "lubricate" the movement... Didnt turn out very well.

Im afraid if you need that if you a new case, caseback, dial, hands and movement parts... you may as well just buy a new watch as it might be cheaper than buying all the parts seperately

It's great that your watch has been running continously, but I can't help but shake my head. These kind of comments scare the crap out of me:

Anyways, like the gentleman above mentioned, I would post that you are looking for a dead daytona

why is that scary? it is a fake watch after all, with a maximum value of say $200 to me, and to the dealer I bought it from, as that is what I payed. the dead daytona has a value of $0 to me, and anyone else I'm sure. Any attempt at fixing it can only increase the value of the watch.
