kiplin
Hey, I'm struggling with a Tudor build, I've got myself a 26.5mm sub rose dial here, but the 5512 I had originally bought to use it with has a rehaut too wide to use with it. If anyone could point me in the direction of a vintage sub case that takes a 26/27mm dial, I'd really appreciate it Peace and love, peace and love. FxrAndy
I think you will need an MBW
alligoat
I don't think a MBW case will work- you have a 26.5mm dial and MBW's take a 26.2mm dial. A PT 1680 case or a Josh case should work, because a 1680 gen dial is also 26.5mm.
Nanuq
'Twas brillig, and the slithey toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe: all wokky were the steel rehauts and the mome raths outgrabe. Beware the MBW my son, the bezels that turn, the lugs that call! Beware its tempting non-wokky look, for the rehaut diameter's too small.
kiplin
That was beautiful, Nanuq. Beautiful. I'll take heed! The feet on the dial are at 25 and 55 minutes - I'm guessing that's for an ETA movement? I just emailed Yuki to ask what size dial his Tudor sub cases take, and it would probably fit, but it would be $450! Crikey. Do MBW do Tudor cases, or would it be a case of picking the Rolex equivalent?

automatico
"The feet on the dial are at 25 and 55 minutes - I'm guessing that's for an ETA movement?" Rolex 1530/60/70 etc dial feet are at 30 and 57.
Ephry73
Other than the case, who sells or has for sale 26mm dials? or 26.5mm? I have a very nice 5514 case and the dials I have are 1.5mm too wide for it. Fits, but the swiss made is half covered by the rehaut. E

flex
Gen is 26mm.. New Cartel (I just used my plastic calibre to measure.. not very accurate).. but from experience, MBW, Yuki, NDT will fit 26mm dial..
Ephry73
How is the Cartel case otherwise? Did you get the whole head or just the case? E
