well, from my experience of making dials (procrastinating so far), the controversy does have some fair basis. It would go nicely with a ferrari though.

Regardless of its Beverly Hills (pawn shop) location, it looks fakey (dial), fakey (case), fakey (bracelet) to me. I bet these 'Jewelers to the Stars' is where OJ got his gold Rolex Sub.

Controversy about the dial color is true , but was if Rolex presented the 116520 with the red/white dial then I'll sign up.

I wouldn't pay 300K (even it was in my pocket) for such a watch , don't like the Texas dial and colors.
