Polynomial
Looking reasonably good, bezel not perfect but nice; however, they managed to f***up the CP big time, this is a step back from 237/088... http://www.1-pc8838.com/0290-p-11671.html

deniz21
there printing on rep dial says L swiss L but on the gen is it T swiss T is this wrong or did they changed this over the years?they removed the listing? maybe only a prototype? thom
They change it, maybe up from J series is L swiss L
leandim
Guys, Josh emailed me about that: "I have delisted the item.. The 12.00 lume dot is made in accordance to the J series which is double ring... The maker's genuine is in J .. This rep is made in L.. which is single ring.. Maker decide to call back all the watches and alter.. Will be ready in about a week" Have you ever seen this before ?
prdubis
Got the same answer from Mrs King... Aez they speaking about the bezel dot or the dial dot?
trackpack
Maybe wishful thinking but I hope they fix more than just the pearl. That crown guard looked so weird to me
Polynomial
Perl will be an easy fix. The rest is pretty good, but the CP is sticking out, which is worst of all auto PAMs so far, indeed very noticeable, and while it cna be fixed it is not trivial. Price (close to $400) they originally put up is way too hight for this, unless they made the crystal as on 187, 5mm tick, as per gen.
txcollector
that bezel is awful. If all they are doing is some pearl change, this will be still a big FAIL.
Polynomial
Back with updated perl: http://www.1-pc8838.com/pn243l02-submersible-ssru-p-11670.html
w0lf
they can keep it at that price and so many issues.
Polynomial
they can keep it at that price and so many issues. Its the "best Pam ever made" The price should also include the CP fix (say £50 or so unless DIY). Not sure about the lume, seems way too green in those photos too, so perhaps a relume job on the top as well...
senator
terrible, hope the coming FU looks better
txcollector
what a POS!! I had high hopes for it but it's clear they can't get this one right. Maybe if another factory takes a shot at it but this "upgraded" one is dead to me.
PAM_SWE
Man I wanted this so bad. Now reading all of this and checking it out, a real shame they call it the best pam ever made etc
StormTooper4
Looks pretty good to me , but there again I am easily pleased But it aint cheap Gen K series
chad
Why is there a huge white ring by the inner bezel rehaut down to the dial? It looks very bad. It could be an optical illusion but the the gen does not have this.
Polynomial
In summary, the problems known so far:Excellent price (for a car, not a rep watch!)CG lever -- too pointy and too far away from the caseCannon pin -- protruding in a very noticeable way, mod necessary (add £50 to the price!) Suspected issues:Crystal unlikely of correct thicknessThe H-factory colourless AR -- double sided AR that easily scratchesLume colour bit on the green side (hard to tell on poor quality pics)Bezel construction -- markers most likely glued in rather than bolted
trackpack
I want this soooo bad... This was the one watch that truly excited me that it was being produced. Sad.....hope a v2 comes from this that is superior
leandim
For me, the major failure is the price. Other than that I can live with. I'm waiting for Joshua's QC pics.
asf
Did anyone notice that on the 243's with the leather strap, the CP is pretty flush and on the rubber or Velcro it's super sticks out?
asf
243 QC pics not bad!
Polynomial
Looks definitively better on the QC pics than on dealer pics -- bezel seems pretty good actually, markers are fine. The CP sticks out, but this can be fixed; rollerball is bit odd. Don't see any blue tint in the cyclops, this means they might have finally made it properly... The lever is wrong, it was not a photoshop, the gap is too wide. I am going to order one to check it out, damn the price, but what is the probability N-factory will make a better one and sell it for less? txcollector
I have from good source the N-factory version is coming soon cheaper and better. Well any replication will be better than this monstrosity.
