colosus Posted December 15, 2012 Report Posted December 15, 2012 Daily: creed aventus Evenings out: amouage reflection My all time fav creed green irish tweed
maxman Posted December 15, 2012 Report Posted December 15, 2012 Not a big GIT fan but I think Aventus Is the bomb. Just love that subtle pineapple note.
asciwhite Posted December 15, 2012 Report Posted December 15, 2012 Got myself a tester of the green Irish tweed by Creed.... Between this and the Aventus I can call myself a fan of Creed for sure.
hambone Posted December 19, 2012 Report Posted December 19, 2012 I had the opportunity to access some jet fuel, and I rubbed it all over my chest and face, and all these women flocked around me and rubbing their faces on me and telling me, "OOOO... I love a man who smells like jet fuel." After awhile and several encounters, I switched to Armani Aqua, which is a a great mens cologne. Also, everyone knows what a female dog is called...........A b#itch, However , what do you call a male dog? I would suppose one would call him a son of a b#tch.
Lobster Posted December 20, 2012 Report Posted December 20, 2012 I went with Creed's Spice and Wood today. Yeah I love Creed too. But my new found love is Guerlain Heritage... omg!
NotColorblind Posted December 20, 2012 Report Posted December 20, 2012 Right now in Texas we our currently in our winter season ( all 50 Degrees of it) I know laugh it off, so I wear: Channel Bleu D&G The one Armani Code La Nuit de l`Homme Yves Saint Laurent In the summer: D&G Light Blue Ralh Lauren Explorer Armani Attitude Extreme DKNY NY ( Discontinued, but can still be found)
vlydog Posted December 30, 2012 Report Posted December 30, 2012 I scored some Aventus for Christmas! Love it 1
twinbarrel Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 Aramis - Devin Van Cleef & Arpels - (vintage original) Chanel - Antaeus Lagerfeld - classic Guerlain - Vetiver Cartier - Santos ...and more... That's my top six. I replace them when empty and have back ups for the hard to get. I don't bathe in them and know to use the right amount of each as they each wear very differently. Good thread. I believe scents go very well with watches, clothing in style and maintaining your character.
rongotti Posted January 5, 2013 Report Posted January 5, 2013 I just bought the Clive Christian 1872 this weekend at Neiman Marcus, it is phenomenal! Kind of pricey at $310 for less than 2oz bottle, but every woman so far has smelled it and then come back and said they couldn't stop thinking about it. I sampled their #1 but I did not like the scent Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2
Lobster Posted January 5, 2013 Report Posted January 5, 2013 Great choices Gents ^^ I went with Creed's Jardin d'Amalfi today
rongotti Posted January 5, 2013 Report Posted January 5, 2013 Just left my buddies house, he gave me his Hermés D'Orange Verte and a travel bottle of Bvlgari pour lhomme. Good friends are hard to come by! :-) Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2

eore65 Posted January 21, 2013 Report Posted January 21, 2013 Chanel Bleu Drakkar Noir Beckham Instinct Issey Miyake - L'Eau D'Issey Pour Homme
DJaps Posted January 23, 2013 Report Posted January 23, 2013 I wear cologne every day, usually Guilty by Gucci.
rongotti Posted January 29, 2013 Report Posted January 29, 2013 Just bought some Tom Ford private collection Ombre de Hiyacinth, kind of flowery but I like it! Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2
BAC Posted February 2, 2013 Report Posted February 2, 2013 Viktor and Rolf - Spicebomb Bought it because it was a sample in GQ, it's amazing!
krustybrand Posted February 2, 2013 Report Posted February 2, 2013 Funny how popular Creed's offerings are. I personally find them far too strong and not very pleasant. My personal aftershave is D.R. Harris Marlborough. Very masculine and not overpowering at all.
rongotti Posted February 4, 2013 Report Posted February 4, 2013 Just bought some Tom Ford private collection Ombre de Hiyacinth, kind of flowery but I like it! Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2 So I took back the Ombre de Hiyacinth and swapped it out for some Neroli Portofino, and also got a bottle of Terre D'Hermès Parfum and Atelier Mistral Patchouli, the Atelier rep tossed me a travel bottle of the Orange Sanguine for free. Lobster Posted February 4, 2013 Report Posted February 4, 2013 Effin excellent scents there buddy!! Some of my favourites. Need to get my nose on those Ateliers though.
rongotti Posted February 4, 2013 Report Posted February 4, 2013 Lobster the Atelier's are nice, but I don't like a lot of their scents, these two are phenomenal though! I am really impressed by the Hermès as I still can smell it 24 hrs after I put it on, definitely long lasting! Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2
Lobster Posted February 5, 2013 Report Posted February 5, 2013 Yeah the Hermes is impressive. If you like it that much, have a look at Montale's Red Vetiver. Also, I blend my Neroli Portofino with a bit of Tuscan Leather...it's simply amazing. Ask for a sample of Tuscan Leather, a small amount goes a very long way anyway with TL.
