Didn't realize the dang thing stopped overnight. -just one day without wearing it.

If you do not move a lot in your day-to-day life (office job?) then you'll need to hand wind it or buy a watch winder. A normal ETA movement needs 800+ revolutions of the winding weight to fill the power reserve.

My wife has the same issue. She can't keep a mechanical watch wound while making calls and typing on a computer.
