Justasgood Posted July 16, 2012 Report Posted July 16, 2012 While watching Fox, the EBS(Emergency broadcast system) ran a test. Now, all I can watch is C-span. I can't change channels. The info bar says I am watching Fox, but the picture and sound are C-span. And so it begins........

freddy333 Posted July 16, 2012 Report Posted July 16, 2012 Phone Comcast & complain. Apparently, they (Comcast) have received many complaints about this, but their response, recently, has been that 'very few customers have complained'.
