I regretted it so much that I tried to buy it back. Owners changed meanwhile but I was lucky enough to find the new owner. Regardless, it's a great project you assembled. If someone sold that as a service dome, you should contact him. If it was a service dome and you sanded and polished it to get the rounded corners..then great job!

dbane883 Posted May 28, 2014 Report Posted May 28, 2014 Yes. it looks great. All three gen domes have straight sidewalls and a corner before the transition to the domed curvature. I've used pretty much every aftermarket T19 made. I'd say what you have is the Startime T19.

First item of business is to put a long cornet period correct 702 crown on it. If you can't afford gen, go for Athaya's 702 and 7020 tube. Next shave that crown guard down a bit more, inside and out. Good to go.

The crown I bought last year as a gen 702 off the bay as well as the plexi...bought it as gen but seems to be not Sent from my wooden drums using Tupperware
