Frustration...

This kind of thing is becoming more common.

The one point to keep in mind is that the item is never seized until you get notification, by that I mean it could take weeks (in rare cases) but if they seize you will get notification on the same day.

Coventry doesn´t sound very good.

With Toro You have the via Spain option next time, if You ask.

It always takes so long anyway, than this on top is terribly frustrating, almost impossible to bear. Good luck.

Italy right GenTLe, good luck if they don't seize it they steal it.

Nope. UK Mike, shipped to Pseudonym (RWG bz member) to have it then reshipped to Italy as Silix doesn't directly transship :(

Ah and, in my whole life, the only times I've had stolen things from postal service it has been with Royal mail. Never ever with Italian mail system.

Still could be they have a terrible backlog because of iphones or something. The Coventry record I´ve seen on the forums was at 4 weeks, so it´s still within time (to have it normally released).

Well good luck mate, horror stories abound on Italian post glad you've been lucky.

Well, when the IT posts were all under public government it was a disaster.

Unfortunately here practically ALL public services (except, but not fully, the health system and, a bit, the school system) has been considered this way:

- 75% people that want a working place where they can simply do nothing after being hired and be payed with none that can simply fire these dumbass out

- 20% same like previous but friend of someone with power (politicians). These generally become managers, totally unworthy of their role, but getting huge money from our taxes.

- 5% people willing to work but ending up in an environment composed by the upper 95% fu__ers, and therefore getting marginalized and frustrated like hell.

And, the more south you go into Italy, the worse this situation is.

I mean situations where you ask for an information to one of those guys who is openly reading a newspaper during working hours and getting back a reply like "Eeehhh, uff... we are not here to give information...". You know...

Now the postal system is much more private and also works as a bank system, and it works also much better (at lease here around Milan area)
