I don't have a stem handy. So just manually rotated the rotor.

Not terrible given I only wound it about 20 times. Will get it serviced regardless.

I bet it does, and someone's idea of a service at one point was probably an oil-dump.

There are two stem sizes, .9 and 1.1, for the 8mm crown you'll need the 1.1mm stem

Based on the scope reading, the movement requires cleaning/oiling &/or the balance is weak, which could be due to the mainspring being insufficiently charged.
