The pearl is very good as is the crown and tube which has internal threading and does not feel like its going to strip the threads as some reps do. Bytor you will love this one, its a keeper for sure! Chrgod, its not been tested..... but the dial does say 600m

Bazz Posted December 19, 2006 Author Report Posted December 19, 2006 Thanks guys Over the weekend I noticed my marker at 1 o'clock had lifted, so while it was apart I snapped a few pics. A big improvement on the 45 is the movement holder, the 42 has a plastic one. Internal threads on the tube. The He valve has no gaskets... I tried some from a rollie tubes but they were all slightly to thick... perhaps Ken was right?..... Naaa!

Great shots BTW This is a must have if your an omega fan, probably best out of the box at the moment.... leaves the 42mm a long way behind (pearl, bracelet clasp, internal threads on the tube etc) Some more...
By-Tor Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 Yeah, it's better than the 4th gen. But if you forget the bracelet and clasp issues 4th Gen is still very, very good rep. Definitely a keeper too. I'll put mine on a rubber strap as soon as I can find one that fits (properly).
