chad Posted January 6, 2007 Report Posted January 6, 2007 I love the styling of this watch....I hate tags....always though if them as the best watch if you do not know anything about watches.... shopping mall luxury... that said i do like this watch...i went and tried on a gen...... the fit and finish of the gen was not even as good as my PO and pam reps. The other model tags they had were all eye sores and looked cheap....all of them... hmmm....... This does look like a nice rep though. hope sasha won't bother for posting his pic

Take a look at sasha's pics: You can easily spot 2 differences: date font and subdial hands finishings (in sasha's pic red hands finishings are very accurate). Confused... Hard to tell if the hands are really that different. If anything they don't look as red as the Gen, but the reflections are probably at fault here. ...but man! What a horrible date font!

You can see these finishings in sasha's pic, not in King's or Trusty's. It could be due to the pics.. You can see what i mean here:

I hope he will deliver, and then I'll be able to find good watchsmith to do replacement Otherwise I'll have to get it myself, I'm definitely not leaving it like this ... bye

There's also a model with black dial and ss bezel (not present in tagheuer website, i've seen in paper catalogue). Perhaps there's also a version with white dial and ss bezel.
