kanerich Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 Hot dang. I don't know if it's exactly my cup of (green) tea but it's mighty impressive regardless.
Aquaracer Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 Well you all know the drill- Pay to much Wait too long No reply to emails Then the other dealers have it for 20% less....
sam_tgg Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 Sorry to say, but eddie always answered me fast, shipped fast and gives quality. If you do not like the product, it is ok to you. But please, do not crap the post.

AMK000 Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 Will this come out in SS ??? (...dont know even if a gen exists with SS) ..... too scared with the plated yellow
rkdk Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 it exists in a ss version. Id probably go for that one, but it sure looks amazing in gold. cheesus. Maybe ill have both
Dani Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 A beauty this watch Maybe my first gold rep watch
sam_tgg Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 Payback's a [censored]... 20 post and making [censored]....
t Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 Well you all know the drill- Pay to much Wait too long No reply to emails Then the other dealers have it for 20% less.... may this is right... but this are the rules if a watch comes first on market. Difficult to get many pieces... difficult to ship all fast... and if you like it as first on your wrist pay the 20% more and you are one of the first customer. >this is business.
promotersf Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 Great looking watch, I have my 3717 with The Zigmeister right now getting Chieftang's AR crystal, relumed and datewheel swap by Rob...but this one looks good. I'm not a big fan of gold watches but this might have to come home with me tonite. In regards to the crybaby, get a life. Eddie's easily one of the best dealers around. You can speak with your wallet by not placing an order, no need to [censored] on his post. Eddie will have plenty of happy clients without your order. Another winner Mr Murphy!
doug Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 3 watches from Eddie. All superb, all delivered fast, all my questions answered promptly.
rckh Posted June 13, 2007 Report Posted June 13, 2007 Nice watch...But...ar..mm...the Day-Date Fonts....
dluddy Posted June 13, 2007 Report Posted June 13, 2007 Nice watch...But...ar..mm...the Day-Date Fonts.... You're late to the party on this one. Been discussed Ad nauseam. ETA Datewheel replacements fit and readily available.
archibald Posted June 15, 2007 Report Posted June 15, 2007 Got an interesting reply for Eddie when I asked about the...er...unlikely (at least in my case) serial number. He replied "Can't rep serial #'s anymore." Got me thinking....you can rep the trademarked dial, the patented design, that dude's profile, and not the serial #? My guess is the People's Bureau of Counterfeiting and Infringement stops winking and nodding so much if they make really, really good reps w/o a "tell" like #0001 or no serial at all.
Guest ldewarren Posted June 16, 2007 Report Posted June 16, 2007 (edited) Absolutly beautifull, i'll go for one of these, that's for sure !! But i'm scared about gold plated.... Who is selling this beauty? Edited June 16, 2007 by ldewarren
Corgi Posted June 17, 2007 Report Posted June 17, 2007 WHy is there a big "A" on the six o'clock dial? Totally kills an otherwise gorgeous piece of artwork if you ask me...
Watchmeister Posted June 17, 2007 Report Posted June 17, 2007 Because there is on the gen as well. I think the guys first name was August. You just have to know your Saints.
Micky Posted June 17, 2007 Report Posted June 17, 2007 Actually, the guy's name was Antoine de Saint Exupery, and he singned with "A." He was a great Romancier and a Pilot, wrote some important Books between 1926 - 1948: L'Aviateur (1926) Courrier Sud (1929) (translated into English as Southern Mail) Vol de Nuit (1931) (translated into English as Night Flight) Terre des Hommes (1939) (translated into English as Wind, Sand and Stars) Pilote de Guerre (1942) (translated into English as Flight to Arras) Lettre
