Top runners are UK USA CANADA FRANCE GERMANY IRAN ISRAEL MUJADEN Since this forum is a world forum I am curious to know what the rest of the world considers to be the most elite. Being an American and living in the US, with numerous special operation units we consider are elite un-rivaled, by any other force in the world. I know SAS are very popular in the world, but that the SBS are even more selective. Canadian special forces have been given praise in the media, and the German elite seem to be under utilized. Your thoughts please.

They also have been trained by all of the big dawgs mentioned above. They have also had extensive influence from MI5 and the CIA. I should probably add IRAN as well.

Lol, ok good point. Each group has there specialty, but what unit is the best well rounded to deal with any situation that arrises, and has the most likely hood of sucess no matter what the mission. What unit is the toughest, most well equiped, and best well rounded for anything at a moments notice. Weather it is rescuing a downed pilot in the Himalayas, rescuing hostages in the jungle, fighting a entire battalion or securing a village in Afgahanistan.

The absolute best special forces in the World are the secret special forces of The Democratic Socialist Republic of Kambi Bolongo.......never heard of them......my point exactly......!

The Norwigan FSK are consider as one of the top special forces in the world,they where secret from 1981 until 1999 that says alot. Until later years only people that allready is special elite soldiers coud join the FSK. They're really good at protecting their fishing 'rights' in the North Sea.....and at making a nice reindeer steak....but if we had another Iranian Embassy hostage scenario......FSK wouldn't be my first choice to rescue me.....mind you US Special Forces would be my absolute last choice......remember how they rescued Jessica Lynch.....duh....! I dont allegd anything about FSK,I now.Nuff said and for the record i will never say they are the best but they are among the best in the world that i can say on the top 20 list for sure,They also trains the US special forces in winter fighting.
