I agree totally. If purspeed has trouble getting a response, perhaps someone can forward the message and let Joe decide how to handle it. If I were Joe that's how I would prefer that my friends handle a request such as this.

1) If you want to introduce yourself...

Ans: Don't bother. He has lots of watches there and I am sure he won't have time for your introduction. Think about it. You wouldn't want anyone to bother you when you don't feel good.

2) If you have a question about a watch...

Ans: Post it on the board. There are a lot of knowlegable members here can help you out.

3) If you want to send a watch in to repair or service...

Ans: Wait until he posts again here, or send him a PM/email. He is very busy and is not taking new orders according to the previous thread.

4) If you want to get an update of your watch service...

Ans: Send an email to his new email address.
