I like it but the "special ops" plastered on the dial makes it look a little over the top. Take that off and it's a winner.

The 3 holes on the dial at 12, 4 & 8 are leds that can be used to read the time and act as a strong flash/signal torch. And to charge it, you place it on a stand without any plugs.. Interesting gadget.

Agree with what was stated above. The "Special Ops" thing is about as tacky as a baseball cap that has the words "CIA" written on it. Don't like the "USA" thing either. Otherwise, very smart looking watch. Almost there. I'll take a BR03-92 or a 177H on rubber for the military look.

Check out the Seal line they offer, pretty spendy for the PVD version. They do make some nice looking watches though and some aren't too expensive.

Jack Bauer is about the only "special ops" guy that probably wears that watch. I have never met anyone on any team that I have ever worked with, or in, that ever purchased, or wore this model of a watch.

It's a nice sports watch... the "Special Ops" is off course all marketing BS. Who cares. If Joe Schmoe feels like Jack Bauer when he wears the watch, that's fine with me. I just feel the prices are on the high side for a quartz watch. But then again, I own a gen Breitling B1....
