seraphe Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 After a long 2 months wait with many bouts of excitement and disappointment, yet another of my dream PAM-trinity is finally done. My happiness is beyond what I expected. Thought I should share this happiness here - TWP modded 177H; 'Plume' relumed - Vaccum Ti Palp+CG mod - Titanium buckle from Davidsen - Black calf stitchless from Savage
StormTooper4 Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 That is so nice, you are a lucky guy. Wear it well
babola Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 A pure beauty my friend...shame they (modders) didn't do something about desenzitizing that white dial txt, IMO it's a must on H-series sandwich reps. That S/S bead-blasted Palp crown is actually not that bad, it makes a nice fit with the rest of the Ti on that watch. Nevertheless - awesome watch, and Swiss 6497 at that ! cheers, babola
Seadweller4000 Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 I think it is one of the nicest combos I have seen so far. Just have to love that savage on ti.
maxmilian Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 Very nice !! I love it and also awsome pics !
tech Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 very nice indeedeeeo......and nice pix too!
ssabripo Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 NICE seraphe!!! Very nice. I have to post pics of mine soon too....just waiting on the strap. Mine has the following mods: 1) Vac super Lume 2) tight Lever 3) Flush pin 4) Thick titanium CG flush to case 5) PALP CROWN 6) Dyed off white dial font to match exact with gen 7) Swiss swan neck regulator movement fully 100% serviced and water proofed 9) Jimmy Fu hands 10) Real sapphire single AR coated crystal like gen 11) Cannon pinion upgrade and flat top, polish
fishgodeep Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 Very nice as many have already said ....great looking watch. It's amazing when you consider the price differential and the remaining tiny cosmetic differences vs a gen. A well modded PAM is a very satisfying experience......and addictive...:-) Best FGD
seraphe Posted November 28, 2007 Author Report Posted November 28, 2007 (edited) Thanks, guys. I will try to take better pics and post the trinity when the third one is done @ssabripo: NICE Will look forward to seeing yours... @babola: You mean the dial text "Luminor Marina" and "Panerai" should be slightly off-white? @Seadweller4000: Thanks I'm basically a black-only on the straps. And after trying on all the black straps I have, this one seems to fit with the satin brushed finish and the darker color of the case. I like this set up too. Edited November 28, 2007 by seraphe
rckh Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 Very beautiful!!! May I ask how much it cost totally? Best Regards, Raymond
andreww Posted November 28, 2007 Report Posted November 28, 2007 Not often that I see a Pam that really turns my crank (because they all look so good), but this one really stands out to me. Nice looking piece seraphe, wear it well!
ta8088 Posted April 5, 2008 Report Posted April 5, 2008 I'm in the process of finishing getting the parts to build a nice 177 and stumbled across this one. Wow. Love how this one looks. That strap is killer.
scoobs1971 Posted April 5, 2008 Report Posted April 5, 2008 Awesome! This is what Panerai is about. Wear it well!
yellomen Posted April 7, 2008 Report Posted April 7, 2008 Wow that is amazingly beautiful.. the strap matches perfectly with the brushed titanium and black dial
tanya Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 Here's mine on a Mario Paci Santa Croce. My photo skills however are quite lacking!!! Got mine on the Geek. Pretty much the same Mods I think, done by Vacume. Love the Ti very comfortable on the wrist
sssurfer Posted April 8, 2008 Report Posted April 8, 2008 It is one of the better looking timepieces I ever happened to look at. Congrats!
