It started out life as a TWP "ultimate" 112...but one of the hands fell off, and rather than send it back, I decided to start my watchmaking hobby! Of course my first attempt ended in failure! The hand would not stay on because the lip around the hole on the hand was no longer tight enough to grip the pinion. While trying to make it stay, I scratched the dial...oops! That was a great excuse to order a DSN dial and hands to swap in, since I liked the font below the 6 better anyway! Many people seem to like the results of this watch, and I am very happy with her...she just needs a better crown guard and I'll let her be forever!
