neozzr
What are the Best Titaninium watchs currently out there?? I hear titaninium scratchs quite a bit... but I think that only adds character... any reps that are true to the orginal?
dadog13
IWC GST, Breitling Seawolf (out of production), PAM177,082,036,...,Corum ACC 48, probably a couple of them more...but they just don't come to my mind! http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showto...&hl=show+me Edited July 1, 2008 by dadog13
Chronus
I'll throw in the IWC AMG Ingenieur and the chrono version; Breitling Chrono Avenger (old out of production version, though there is a less accurate version still available); PAM194 in titanium if you can ever get anything out of watchonpo (though there are stories his representative has scammed people here in the past); DeWitt Academia Chronograph (in titanium, rubber and rose gold), and of course the Baume et Mercier Riviera XXL Special Edition
Seadweller4000
IWC GST is the best ti watch in my opinion. The titanium is even hardened just like on the genuine.
hiker01
On the PAMS, I'll go with the 036!
PAMman
The IWC GST Ti is miles in front of the rest of the pack. Really, realy close to perfect. Buy one while you still can.
Sir-Lancelot
118 Pam Ti does scratch easily, but it's also easy to remove them with a ink pen eraser.
doc savage
I'm going after one of those Ti Avenger chronos--I know it isn't the greatest reps but those kind of flaws don't really bother me. I think it's the mose blatantly titanium watch I've ever seen, and would add some nice variety to my collection.
ta8088
The IWC GST Ti is miles in front of the rest of the pack. Really, realy close to perfect. Buy one while you still can. I've thought about one of these several times. They look great. How do they wear? What are they comparable to size wise?
ta8088
The old factory Seawolf and Chrono Avenger top my list (and it's why I have a couple). For PAM's I'd have to say the older good version 036, 082, 176, 177 are also nice and for a mix of Ti/steel the old 192.
Pugwash
I've thought about one of these several times. They look great. How do they wear? What are they comparable to size wise? Old, old, old pic:
RobbieG
The GST Ti is the best rep IMO. Owning that rep sparked my interest in this gen which I subsequently bought. I don't know why they repped it it steel but not in Ti since they already had it down materials wise from the GST like Pug's. Maybe they will release it next? IMO, no brand executes Ti as well as IWC...
Pugwash
... and here is my GST:
eddhead
... and here is my GST: That GST is a hot looking watch. No doubt the best Ti rep out there.
andreww
A couple of my Ti watches. Its funny, ti is far from being my favorite looking metal, and these watches don't get the most wrist time, but every now and again I get the itch for something large and light. When the CA is on the ti bracelet, its astounding how light it feels when you pick it up!
vlydog
I am with most of you above... The IWC GST Ti takes the prize!
neozzr
So there are no more Ti Seawolfs?? how are andrews?? any reviews??
_brian_
There is a very nice Breguet Titanium Chrono. I was always wondering why this watch does not get much attention... hxxp://www.trustytime88.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=17&products_id=2448 Somehow I do not like the rehaut though... frankt
Pam 036 here too!! nice clean chocolate brown dial, looks great once the Ti oxidizes a bit...
StormTooper4
Seems to be a bit of a PAM vs IWC face-off going on here guys So a 177 and 055 with a 192 for back up Supposed to be Tatilium but its a nice mix all the same ST4
cue003
what about the PAM 089? That is in Ti. Is it no good? Curtis
